The root where the base of the tongue meets, always dripping is the vein of the "Oma water." What is the dripping water like? It's like the color of salt water, it's the water from both teeth. Where does the water flow from? It is said that relying on the substance of the tongue, the water is also the nectar tongue above, flowing from above. What is the vein from which nectar drips? The forehead refers to the vein of the eyes. The crown of the head refers to the vein of Brahma, the vein of the crown of the head. The nose and so on refer to the vein of the nose. Also from behind the two ears, it refers to the vein of the ears. These four and the vein of the teeth above, the five combined, the nectar that flows down appears below the tongue, this is the concluding statement. What is it like, for example? It is said to be like placing it in the udder of a cow, guided from its essence. Just as the milk that pervades the body of a cow gathers in the udder, it is guided from the substance of the five veins and placed only below the tongue. What does the collected nectar substance do? It is said to be "Stupa skull bone," and so on. Visualize a stupa in the pulse knot, and then write a letter on its top. Or understand the shape of the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, Hum) as a stupa, and then pour the nectar collected from above onto the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, Hum). Where does the oil poured on the stupa disappear? It is said that the remainder merges into the upper pulse knot. This shows the meaning of guiding the nectar from above, and then the ritual of guiding it again from below is spoken. It is said, "Guiding upward, guiding downward, with the seed syllable," all guided by method. Here, the seed syllable for guiding upward and guiding downward is the letter ཕཊ (Tibetan, Devanagari, phaṭ, Phat), guided from the lower body by method and merged into the upper pulse knot. The nine places from which to guide from below are spoken, the confluence of water behind the water channel, etc. Among them, on the feet are time and Yidak fire. Here, the fire of time is the right foot. The Yidak fire is the left foot. The place refers to below the navel. The nectar of that place merges into the cow's hoof. Here, the cow's hoof refers to the lung, because it is like a cow's hoof. The meaning is like this: after guiding the nectar from above the pulse knot, it merges again into the lung.

. Then, where should the nectar that flows down from above be distributed? It is said: Draw it from one door and place it in the nine doors. That is to say, the nectar drawn from one door, that is, from above, gathers in the lungs. Also, place it in the nine places such as the anus. In this way, what kind of samadhi should a yogi who guides the nectar with skillful means practice? It is said: Everything abides on the body. And so on. In order to clearly show the practice of samadhi, it is said: Meditate on the moon in the center of the heart. That is to say, meditate on the moon mandala in the center of one's own heart. What is it like? It is said: Very beautiful and radiant. It is said. The seed syllable placed in the center of it is said: Like snow and white lotus. And so on. Among them, Kunrig (Tibetan: ཀུནད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: kundā, Sanskrit Romanization: kunda, Chinese literal meaning: white lotus) refers to Vairochana Buddha. Together with this refers to the letter Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: oṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), because it is the seed syllable of Vairochana Buddha. Om is the root of nectar. In this way, it is also said in the Nopika World Appearance of the Guhyasamaja: The moon on the crown of the head, moistened with reverence, with a sacred mind, the stream of water, gradually descends, and merges into body, speech, and mind. The meaning is like this: In the center of the moon mandala moistened with milk, place the letter Om, which has the color of snow and white lotus, is moistened with milk, and has a cool light. Abandon the feminine, etc. And so on. Among them, abandon the feminine, etc. Refers to the four of the sixteen vowels ṛ, ṝ and ḷ, ḹ that should be abandoned. All vowel letters. Refers to the twelve remaining after abandoning four from the sixteen, namely: A, Ā, I, Ī, U, Ū, E, AI, O, AU, Aṃ, Aḥ. In the lunar mandala, in the lungs, everything is placed in it and rotated. That is to say, arrange the lungs of the moon mandala by surrounding them with twelve letters. In order to clearly show the place to meditate on the nectar letter Om, it is said: On top of the cow's hoof, the nectar should be placed. That is to say, the egg-like heart above the lungs.
