Because I am the nature of hearing and so on. The so-called "not long" is because the nature of Dharma is immeasurable. Similarly, the so-called "long" is because the nature of Dharma is infinite. If it is said that the thusness of mind can accomplish unreal illusion, the answer is: with the thusness of the mind in the middle way of existence and non-existence, it can accomplish the illusion appearing as something that is self-natureless, this is its definition. Even the mind without characteristics is because the general characteristic is emptiness. All characteristics should be examined, this is because the self-nature is the nature of things such as pots and cloths. Now it is said, how should such a self-nature mind be cultivated? It is said in the sutra: with the object of cultivating the unreal, that cultivation should be observed. This means that from the perspective of ultimate truth, it does not exist, but from the perspective of conventional truth, cultivation can be observed. How should it be observed? It is said in the sutra: in the middle of form and emptiness, the mind should be mastered. This means that the form and so on that arise from dependent origination appear to exist, and the Dharma of self-nature that is emptiness does not exist. The mind between these two, existence and non-existence, should be observed by the skilled yogi. Now it is said, the merits of such a yogi with characteristics, it is said in the sutra: by focusing on everything everywhere, the yogi's body will be free from disease. This means that if a yogi cultivates, there will be no faults of samsara, and it will not become a fault of reality. Also, wanting to speak of the merits of the mind, therefore it is said "secret of secrets" and so on. Among them, the secret of secrets is because it cannot be spoken. The so-called great secret is because it is beyond the realm of practice. Clear consciousness and wisdom are because they are beyond characteristics and signs. Such a thusness mind, it is said in the sutra that it can only be obtained from the oral transmission of the guru, such as "from the secret of reading scriptures" and so on. After explaining the measure of the mind in such detail, wanting to show the measure of the mudra in detail, therefore it is said "the body with an equal mind". Among them, "placing both hands on the secret" means the Bodhisattva.

The yogi in the lotus posture should abandon the hand gesture of samadhi, meaning the breath is near the navel. It means to first practice vase breathing samadhi. It should be combined in a circular manner, meaning without bending or stretching, extending the arms and forming a circle. The others have been explained in the fourth chapter of the union seat, so they are not repeated. Now, in order to show in detail the remainder of the samadhi, that is, the excellent bali, it is said, "The body satisfied by the nectar bali" and so on. Among them, the color yellow, etc., means to arrange the letters before the nectar is satisfied. The double letter ཀྵ་ means the nature of fire, yellow ཀྵུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: śuṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: shum, Literal meaning: ཀྵུཾ), because it is a superposition of ཀ་ and ལ་. All forms are terrifying, the bell letter is in the eyes, meaning the nature of the earth element, the black letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hum, Literal meaning: ཧཱུཾ), because the body is soft and the best of bells. Because it is said here, Manjushri and the bell are the nature of both. Because it is to be known from the letter ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hum, Literal meaning: ཧཱུཾ). Possessing the seed of emptiness, meaning emptiness is the ears and nostrils, where it is arranged, meaning the nature of wind, red ཡུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཡུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: yuṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: yum, Literal meaning: ཡུཾ). The seed of nectar water, meaning the nature of water, the white letter སུཾ་ (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: suṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: sum, Literal meaning: སུཾ). Superimposed with the lion seed, meaning སྨྲྱུ་ (Tibetan: སྨྲྱུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: smryu, Sanskrit Romanization: smryu, Literal meaning: སྨྲྱུ་) white and yellow. Superimposed with the tiger woman's seed, meaning ཧྨྲྱུ་ (Tibetan: ཧྨྲྱུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: hmryu, Sanskrit Romanization: hmryu, Literal meaning: ཧྨྲྱུ་) white and black. Superimposed with the wolf seed, meaning ཡྨྲྱུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཡྨྲྱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ymryuṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: ymryum, Literal meaning: ཡྨྲྱུཾ) red and black. The livestock seed protects, meaning ཀྵྨྲྱུ་ (Tibetan: ཀྵྨྲྱུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ṣhmryu, Sanskrit Romanization: shmryu, Literal meaning: ཀྵྨྲྱུ་) red and yellow. Also grasp those seeds, also combine the deities, meaning with the letter ཀྵུཾ་ (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: śuṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: shum, Literal meaning: ཀྵུཾ) and other eight seeds, the fierce dakinis and other eight, the yogi's head and other eight places are meditated upon. Those colors and seeds, all burning on the body, meaning from the yogi's eight body parts, meditate on those seeds burning, this is the concluding remark. Then, the yogi who thus meditates on the deity, speaks of the ritual of descending nectar, starting from the two upper teeth, etc. Among them, the water-giving, rust-like mouth, meaning the inside of the upper jaw teeth.
