ས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ་སྟེ་གྲགས་པར་ཟད་དོ། །སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་ཡི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོ་ཀུ་ད་ཧ་ན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་རྣམ་པ་ལྔར་བརྗོད་པ་སྟེ། མངོན་པར་འདོད་པའི་དོན་དགུག་ཅིང་འགྲུབ་པས་ན་ལྕགས་ཀྱུའོ། །དྲི་དང་མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་པ་སོགས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པས་ནི་མཆོད་པ་ཉི་ཤུའི་མཚམས་སྦྱར་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གཏོར་མའི་སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་སོ། །ཕྱི་ནས་མཆོད་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་ཡིས། །ཡེ་ཤེས་ཅན་གྱིས་མཆོད་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོ་སླའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་གསུངས་པ། ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གླུ་བླངས་ནས། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་མཆོད་པ་ཉི་ཤུའོ། །ཀུན་ལ་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཡི་གེ་བརྗོད་པར་བྱའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་ཀུན་མཉེས་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། དེ་ཉིད་ནི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་མཉེས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁུ་ཚུར་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁུ་ཚུར་གཉིས་བཅིངས་ལ། །རྐེད་པའི་མཚམས་སུ་བཞག་ནས་ནི། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཁུ་ཚུར་གཉིས་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་དྲིལ་བུ་ཐོགས་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་རྐེད་པ་གཉིས་སུ་གཟུགས་པའོ། །ཡན་ལག་གསུམ་དུ་ཧཱུཾ་གིས་བསྐྱོད། །ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཧཱུཾ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བརྗོད་པ་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་བས་མགོ་བོ་དང་རྐེད་པ་དང་རོ་སྨད་ཀྱི་ཆ་གསུམ་དུ་ཕྱེ་སྟེ་བསྐྱོད་པར་བྱའོ། །དགྲོལ་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་དཀྲོལ་བ་དང༌། ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཡོན་པ་སྔོན་དུ་བརྐྱང་སྟེ། དེའི་སྟེང་དུ་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་བརྐྱང་ནས་བརྡུང་བ་ལྟར་བྱེད་པའོ། །པ་ཊ་ཧ་ལྟར་བརྡུང་བ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྡ་པ་ཊ་ཧ་བརྡུང་བ་ལྟར་ལག་པ་གཉིས་གཡས་གཡོན་དུ་གདེངས་ཏེ་སྤྲུག་པའི། །བ་དན་ཚུལ་དུ་འཕྱར་བ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་འབའ་ཞིག་བརྐྱང་བའོ། །གདུགས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་དགབ་པ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་གདུགས་ཀྱི་ཡུ་བ་འཛིན་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བྱེད་པའོ། །རྫ་རྔའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བརྡུང་བ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྫ་རྔ་ལྟར་ལག་པ་གཉིས་སྟེང་ནས་བརྡུང་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བྱེད་པའོ། །རྡ་ཟླུམ་ཚུལ་དུ་ ༄། །བརྡུང་བ་དང༌། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལག་པ་གཉིས་རྔ་ཟླུམ་བརྡུང་བ་ལྟར་གཡས་གཡོན་ནས་བརྡུང་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བྱེད་པའོ། །ལྷག་མ་ནི་གོ་སླའོ། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་བརྒྱད་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི། །དངོས་པོ་ཀུན་གྱིས་མཆོད་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་དྲིལ་བུ་འཛིན་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཉི་ཤུའི་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མའི་གཙོ་བོ་བརྒྱད་མཉེས་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །ཧཱུཾ་

所谓“地”即五甘露,这是广为人知的。所谓“种种之铁钩”,是指被称为“果果达哈那”的五种形态,因为能勾召并成就所希求之义,故称为铁钩。所谓“香、花、焚香等”,是指与二十种供养相联系。所谓“以咒和手印”,是指以食子的咒语和手印。所谓“从外以二十供养,有智慧者应供养”,这很容易理解。如是说:“唱诵吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)之歌”,是指二十种供养。应对一切念诵吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)字。应令一切瑜伽母欢喜。所谓“应令一切瑜伽母欢喜”,是指其乃令瑜伽母欢喜之主尊之义。关于“金刚拳”等,所谓“结金刚拳,置于腰间”,是指以两个金刚拳,作持金刚杵和铃之状,置于两腰间。所谓“三处以吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)摇动”,是指以念诵吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)字为先导,将头、腰和下身分为三部分摇动。所谓“以解脱之姿摇动”,是指先伸出左手,在其上伸出右手,做击打之状。所谓“如击钹(paṭaha)”,是指如击钹(ḍapaṭaha)般,双手左右张开抖动。所谓“如旗帜般挥舞”,是指仅伸出右手。所谓“如伞盖般遮盖”,是指双手做持伞柄之状。所谓“如陶鼓般击打”,是指如陶鼓般,双手从上方做击打之状。所谓“如圆鼓般击打”,是指双手如击圆鼓般,从左右做击打之状。其余部分容易理解。所谓“以瑜伽母八尊之,一切事物应供养”,是指以持金刚杵和铃等二十种事物之真实性,应令瑜伽母之八主尊欢喜之义。吽(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽)。

The so-called "earth" is the five amṛtas, which is well known. The so-called "various hooks" refers to the five forms called "Gokudahana", because they can summon and accomplish the desired meaning, they are called hooks. The so-called "fragrance, flowers, incense, etc." refers to the connection with the twenty offerings. The so-called "with mantra and mudra" refers to the mantra and mudra of the torma. The so-called "from the outside with twenty offerings, the wise should offer" is easy to understand. As it is said: "Singing the song of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ)" refers to the twenty offerings. One should recite the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) to all. One should please all yoginis. The so-called "one should please all yoginis" means that it is the lord who pleases the yoginis. Regarding "Vajra Fist" etc., the so-called "binding the two Vajra Fists, placing them at the waist" means that with the two Vajra Fists, making the gesture of holding the vajra and bell, placing them on both waists. The so-called "moving in three places with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ)" means that with the recitation of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) as the precursor, the head, waist, and lower body are divided into three parts and moved. The so-called "moving in a liberating manner" means that the left hand is extended first, and the right hand is extended on top of it, making a striking gesture. The so-called "like striking a cymbal (paṭaha)" means that like striking a cymbal (ḍapaṭaha), the hands are spread out to the left and right and shaken. The so-called "waving like a banner" means that only the right hand is extended. The so-called "covering like an umbrella" means that the hands make the gesture of holding the handle of an umbrella. The so-called "striking like an earthenware drum" means that like an earthenware drum, the hands make a striking gesture from above. The so-called "striking like a round drum" means that the hands make a striking gesture from the left and right, like striking a round drum. The rest is easy to understand. The so-called "with the eight yoginis, all things should be offered" means that with the reality of the twenty things such as holding the vajra and bell, the eight chief yoginis should be pleased.
