It should be added with the word "is". The remaining part is easy to understand. In order to show that it resides in the outer layer of the palace, it is mentioned that "there are four outer layers" etc., meaning residing in the four gates of the outer layer of the palace. As it is said, "The east is the Dakini Queen of Freedom", etc., "Queen of Freedom" refers to Vajrapani. East refers to the east gate. Dakini refers to the one named Dakini. The seat of the Yaksha is the seat of the corpse. "Putting both hands in the mouth, laughing ha ha, very bright", meaning that whoever puts the palms of both hands in the mouth, laughing with the light of the teeth, should be called her that way. The remaining part is easy to understand. "North" etc., north refers to the north gate. Burning Mother refers to the one named Burning Mother. "Two hands clasped on the top of the head, burning like flames", meaning that whoever puts the light of the two hands burning like flames on the top of the head, should be called her that way. "West" etc., west refers to the west side. "Sipping Mother" refers to the one named Sipping Mother. "Two hands clasped together in a cup shape, drinking the stream of blood", meaning that whoever joins the palms of both hands into a cup shape, drinking the stream of blood flowing like a thread, should be called her that way. "South" etc., south refers to the south gate. "Seizing Mother" refers to the one known as Seizing Mother. "Holding a threatening finger and a mallet, making the minds of sentient beings confused", meaning that whoever holds a mallet with the right hand, threatening with the left hand, making the minds of sentient beings confused, that is, being conquered, should be called her that way. The remaining part is easy to understand. In order to show approaching and gathering, it is mentioned that "The all-knower meditates on everything", meaning that the yogi should meditate like meditating on all the people in the mandala. Here, for lions and elephants, etc., and the seats of the Yakshas, above the sun wheel decorated with a white parasol, the thirteen yoginis transformed from their respective seed syllables, their colors and characteristics as mentioned before.

All those with names should sit in the heroic posture, with the left leg folded in and the right leg slightly extended. In particular, those like the lion-faced one should have manes that match their names. In front of their forms, the vows should be shown. "In front of them" means in their sight. "Vow" means the mudra of the vow, which will be described below. The word "ni" means "also." It is gathered in relation to the mantra. In order to show the mantra itself, "wind" and so on are mentioned. Wind is "ya." Fire is "ra." "Seven" means the seventh, which is the invisible cause. Of these, the seventh of wind is "sa." The seventh of fire is "ha." That itself is the meaning, which is "ha la." The seed syllable of Vajra Mother is "sa" itself. "Distinction" means placing it in the lunar phase, because it agrees with the Dharma. "Perfectly suppressed by sound and bindu," "sound" means the long "ā," which is added to the feet. "Perfectly suppressed by bindu" means suppressed from above by a drop, which, when combined, becomes "hūṃ." It is called "a stream of rain." This is because everything is a collection of nectar letters, so it is called by the word of qualities. "Homage first, burning end" is just a connection of words. "Is the seed of wisdom dakini," when the wisdom dakini is not generated, it should be generated only from the seed syllable "hūṃ." When showing the mudra of the vow, it should be shown with the mantra "oṃ hūṃ svāhā," which is the meaning. Similarly, generating others is only the seed syllable, and showing the mudra should be combined with "seeds, those with homage and burning end." "Vowel beginning, seed first," the first seed syllable of the vowel is the letter "āo." That itself is the first, because it is the first of the remaining twelve seed syllables except for the seed syllable of the wisdom dakini. "Homage first, burning end" indicates the collection of this mantra, homage at the beginning of a, giving at oṃ, and burning at the end of ī, which is svāhā.
