It is said to be the "sprout of means," because it has become the essence of the lotus, it is a sprout, and because it is close to bliss, it is a means, the root of Khagamukha. Like Bandhuka, it opens. The term "like Bandhuka, it opens" means that the flower opens like Bandhuka. The place of honey nectar. The term "place of honey nectar" means that honey is semen, nectar is menstruation, and it is the source of those. In order to show that the menstruation there is also the nature of Kali, Kali's nectar is, flowers are surrounded by water. It is said that "flowers are surrounded by water," the so-called flower is menstruation, because it is close to the fruit. That itself is water because it drips like water. The term "surrounded" means filled. Those cause the root of Khagamukha to open, and either all at once or gradually flow out, showing that semen and menstruation will drip.
