The Explanation of the Glorious Four Seats Tantra King Called "The Reason for Remembering". Bhava Bhadra. The Explanation of the Glorious Four Seats Tantra King Called "The Reason for Remembering". Bhava Bhadra. My Seat's Explanation. First Divided Chapter. ༄། །In Indian language: Śrīcaturapīṭha tantrarājasya smṛti nibandhanāma ṭīkā. In Tibetan: The Explanation of the Glorious Four Seats Tantra King Called "The Reason for Remembering". Homage to the Great Compassionate Noble Avalokiteśvara! Where flowers and fruits are abundant everywhere, possessing form and ripening simultaneously; the auspicious fruit trees that ripen and are pure, exceedingly fragrant and full of flavor; the delightful groves of forests adorned with shade, like the four seats; to those who arrange the words of the Sage, I pay homage to those who realize through faith! Although virtues may not increase in between, virtues increase greatly everywhere else. The Four Seats Tantra, the source of many nectars, is like the root of a lotus and a water lily. Those gods who dwell on the golden mountain, those who have the power to taste nectar, desire to clarify its meaning, and are capable. What appears dissimilar is my field of activity. Just as a deer, an elephant, or a jewel cannot be obtained by force, these afflictions are cut off at the root from within the dust, and this is how it goes. However, just as iron is transformed by the power of medicine so that it can be eaten by beings, relying on the words of the guru, there is the ability to differentiate, so here I proceed straight. Since the minds of sentient beings are various and dissimilar, no one can please them all. In what has been closely shown and followed, the author of the reasons for remembering the meanings, such as groups, conjunctions, and word classes, to those who delight in external terms, may the wise ones complete the beautification of the meanings of this precious tantra themselves! Here, this tantra is collected from the essence of the eighteen hundred thousand tantras, the twelve thousand glorious Four Seats Tantra. Therefore, because it is a collection, the words such as "Thus I have heard" are not placed at the beginning of this tantra, because it is said there.ིར་རོ། །Therefore, that ༄། །"Yogini," and so on.
