་ལས་ནི་བཤད་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བར་སྦྱར་རོ། །གཞན་ཡང་བདག་གི་དབུགས་དག་ནི། །དེར་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་བརྟག་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་བདག་གི་དབུགས་ནི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབུགས་རྒྱུ་བའོ། །དེར་ནི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དུག་གསོ་བ་ལའོ། །རབ་ཏུ་བརྟག་པར་བྱ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དཔྱད་པ་ལ་འབད་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་གསུངས་པ། དབུགས་ཀྱི་གནས་ནི་མཚུངས་པར་ནི། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདག་གི་དབུགས་སྣ་སྒོའི་ཕྱོགས་གང་ནས་རྒྱུ་བའི་ཕྱོགས་དེ་ནས་གལ་ཏེ་ཕོ་ཉ་སྨྲ་བར་བྱེད་ན། དེའི་ཚེ་དབུགས་དང་གནས་མཚུངས་པའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པར་གསུངས་པ་ཡིན། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དེའི་དུག་གསོ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ལས་དེ་དག་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བའོ། །དེ་ཉིད་གསལ་བར་བསྟན་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། གཡས་ལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་སྨོས་ཏེ། གཡས་ལ་གཡས་སུ་གནས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདག་གི་དབུགས་སྣ་སྒོ་གཡས་ནས་རྒྱུ་བའི་ཚེ། པོ་ཉ་ཡང་གཡས་སུ་གནས་པ་སྟེ། དབུགས་དང་གནས་མཚུངས་པའོ། །གཡོན་ལ་གཡོན་དུ་གནས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེར་གནས་ནས་ནི་སྨྲ་བྱེད་པ། །ཐམས་ཅད་འགྲུབ་པ་ཉིད་དུ་འགྱུར། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོ་སླའོ། །སྤང་བར་བྱ་བ་བསྟན་པའི་ཕྱིར། །དབུགས་དང་འདྲི་བ་མི་མཐུན་པ། །གྲུབ་པ་རིང་བར་མཚོན་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་ ༄། །བྱ་བ་སྨོས་ཏེ། འདྲི་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི། ལྷ་སྦྱིན་མཆེ་བས་ཟིན་ན། དེ་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་བགྱི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་ཚིག་གོ །དབུགས་དང་མི་མཐུན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གནས་མི་མཚུངས་པ་སྟེ། བདག་གི་དབུགས་སྣ་སྒོ་གཡས་ནས་རྒྱུ་ན། ཕོ་ཉ་གཡོན་དུ་གནས་པའམ། གཡོན་ན་རྒྱུ་ན་གཡས་སུ་གནས་པ་སྟེ། དབུགས་ཀྱིས་སྟོང་པའི་སྣ་སྒོར་གཡས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དོན་ཏོ། །དངོས་གྲུབ་རིང་བར་མཚོན་པར་བྱ། །ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གོ་སླའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་མི་འགྲུབ་པའི་དབུགས་བརྟགས་ལ་མཆེ་བས་ཟིན་པའི་གན་དུ་འགྲོ་བའམ་མི་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ། །བརྟགས་པའི་རྣམ་པ་གཞན་གསུངས་ཏེ། སྐད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ། སྐད་ཅིག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དབུགས་ནང་དུ་འཇུག་པའོ། །སྲོག་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ཕྱིར་འཕྲོ་བའོ། །སྦྱོར་བ་གཉིས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་འདས་མ་ཐག་པའི་དབུགས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་དེ་གཉིས་ཏེ། དབུགས་ནང་དུ་འཇུག་པ་ལ་འདྲི་བ་དང༌། ཕྱིར་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་འདྲི་བའོ། །ཤེས་བྱ་སྟེ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་སྦྱོར་བ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་སྐད་ཅིག་གི་སྦྱོར་བ་ནི་གཟུང་བར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ལ། ཅིག་ཤོས་ནི་སྤང་བར་བྱ་བར་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏོ། །དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་

事业应当宣说，加上“如是说”。此外，“我的气息清净”，意为在那里应当善加观察。所谓“我的气息”，是指自身的气息运行。所谓“在那里”，是指治疗毒物。所谓“应当善加观察”，是指应当努力研究之义。因此而说：“气息的方位相同”，是指我的气息从鼻孔的哪一侧运行，如果信使也从那一侧说话，那时气息和方位相同，据说一切都会成就。意思是说，那些治疗毒物等事业都会成就。为了清楚地显示这一点，说了“在右边”等等。所谓“在右边，安住在右边”，是指我的气息从右鼻孔运行时，信使也安住在右边，即气息和方位相同。所谓“在左边，安住在左边”也是同样。在那里安住而说话，一切都会成就，这很容易理解。为了显示应当抛弃的，说了“气息和提问不一致，成就遥远应显示”。

The work should be declared, adding "as it is said." Furthermore, "my breath is pure" means that it should be carefully examined there. The so-called "my breath" refers to the movement of one's own breath. The so-called "there" refers to the treatment of poison. The so-called "should be carefully examined" means that one should strive to study it. Therefore, it is said: "The position of the breath is the same," which means that from whichever side of the nostril my breath flows, if the messenger also speaks from that side, then the breath and the position are the same, and it is said that everything will be accomplished. It means that those tasks such as curing poison will be accomplished. In order to clearly show this, it is said "on the right side" and so on. The so-called "on the right side, dwelling on the right side" means that when my breath flows from the right nostril, the messenger also dwells on the right side, that is, the breath and the position are the same. The so-called "on the left side, dwelling on the left side" is also the same. Staying there and speaking, everything will be accomplished, which is easy to understand. In order to show what should be abandoned, it is said, "The breath and the question are inconsistent, and the accomplishment is far away."
