The five blood drinkers, the mandala of Kashmir, the mandala of Mon, the near blood drinkers, Vapo and Kanya Kubja are explicitly mentioned. The gathering place of the Yidags refers to the cemetery, that is, the cemetery. The seaside is also the long side of the pond. In the Mahamudra Bindu, there are also two cemeteries here. The nearby cemeteries are pointed out as Tsari and the Youth City. If Nagar and Sindhu are not mentioned as cemeteries in the explanation of the Samputa Tantra, then how are Maru and Kuluta said to be nearby cemeteries? From the realization of Lui-pa, it can also be established in the same way on the mandala wheel and the body. From the Samputa Bindu it says: Sindhu Nagara is a cemetery, the nearby cemetery is the gathering place of the Yidags, and so is the seaside, and the garden pond is also, the nearby cemeteries are explained separately. This is also explained because the meaning of both cause and tantra is very clear, and both are correctly included.

However, it does not pervade everywhere, because the Vajra Dakinis born in the families of Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras also reside in one city. In the lands of Tibet and China, there are also places and so forth. These are also taught in the condensed tantras. In the extensive tantras, places and so forth are taught in all lands and all cities.
