As it is also said: Separate gathering and meditation, life exertion and holding, mindfulness and samadhi, are considered as six limbs of union. Likewise, in the Kalachakra, separate gathering and so on become the ten powers, and meditation is immovability itself. For life exertion, the sword again holds twelve aspects, it is the jewel-holding hand. The Chandala holding the lotus is mindfulness, the wheel-holder is samadhi. Each is distinguished by five differences, and again distinguished by A and Ka, etc. Separate gathering is the ten aspects of object and subject reversed in the body. Wisdom's distinction and observation, joy and unwavering bliss, one-pointed mind is meditation. Life exertion is not falling into two paths, becoming the central channel entering fire. Life entering the bindu is destroying the two movements, and the mind is held as one. Whatever tummo light arises in the body, by the mindfulness of space. The nature of wisdom and means, by the power of unwavering bliss, the wisdom image is samadhi. These, by the distinction of dull faculties, mainly practice various things, becoming three kinds. The three seals and the three states, by the way of the three actions, are Samantabhadra. Thus. And how to be attached? By saying 'placed in the hand'. And by the sound of the letter 'ka', 'ka' is the great bliss wheel, 'la' means to receive. Thus, 'ka' ༄། '. It is said to be the life-wind. 'Placed' means the cushion where tsampa is well inserted into the central channel, not scattered. As it is also said in the Kalachakra: 'What energy rises from the navel, immaculate like lightning, rising in the form of a staff, then Naṃ. The work of the wheel is the end of the work of the wheel, moving with the play of pressing, shaking from the central channel. Until the power of piercing the crown touches the outer skin like a needle. That poison-entering wind enters the path of emptiness with supreme power. After piercing the crown, the dual winds are blocked and enter another palace. Thus, by the power of the vajra, the mind united with the object becomes the sky-goer. Furthermore, the yogi transforms into various realms with the nature of the five clairvoyances. Thus. How

So where to do it? The meaning of "thumb and fingers" is that the thumb is the vajra standing up, which is also the word "amguli (藏文,梵文天城体,amguli, finger)", amga (藏文,梵文天城体,amga, body) is the realm, and guli (藏文,梵文天城体,guli, finger) is the earth that merges into it. The combination of these two will never move. To this, the secret of the hero's freedom is to be spoken, to this, the word "viresvara (藏文,梵文天城体,viresvara, hero's freedom)" is used to explain. The form of "vi (藏文,梵文天城体,vi,hero)" is to move upwards. The form of "i (藏文,梵文天城体,i,go)" is to be blown by the wind. "Repha (藏文,梵文天城体,repha, fire)" etc. are the propulsion of fire. "Isvara (藏文,梵文天城体,isvara, freedom)" is the essence of all bliss. Like this, focusing on this is to give the bliss that arises from the mudra of the wisdom body that can produce the image of the innate tummo. The master said that it is symbolized by the rise from the bindu. If you want to see these, let's explain it with a metaphor: put the drink in the same container, light the lamp in the center, cover it with a bottle from above, so that the water below can be drawn out. Like this, striving for its nature can give unchanging bliss, and the yogi should get used to the innate nature. Where is this said? In the six unions, the flow of bodhicitta after transformation is inferior, the flow without decay is medium, and the flow without extreme decay is superior. Here, the karma mudra gives changing bliss,
