"Assembly" means many, that is, pervasive. "Subduing the Seven Planets" means that the goddess subdues all the splendor of the seven suns. What is that like? "Cutting off all the afflicted" means cutting off all the sufferings of all beings without exception. With what? "Holding a curved knife in the right hand" refers to a kind of curved knife. "Radiating immeasurable light" means that from it comes immeasurable, infinite, and boundless great light, which cuts off all the afflictions of sentient beings. "Holding in the right hand" means with the right hand. What else is it like? "Together with the victory banner" means holding a khatvanga on the left side.

Earth. As stated in the glorious Kalachakra: "Whoever holds the wheel on the crown of their head, this is the one who holds the essence, free from bliss. The supreme bliss, unchanging in the crown chakra, is completely filled with sixteen joys." Thus it is said. "Possessing a supreme body" means being endowed with the qualities of being gentle and joyful at all times, and so on. Other things are also said, such as "Inviting Wisdom," etc. The mantra practitioner, having invited wisdom, meditates on the swastika swirling. Thus it is connected. "Inviting Wisdom," etc., means inviting the wisdom being, etc. As before, it means doing as was done at the time of offering sindhura. Another explanation: To make the practitioner the nature of non-dual wisdom is the meaning of inviting the wisdom being. The order of the ritual should be understood through oral instruction. "Having been done by the mantra practitioner" is the word of the doer, as explained above. Auspiciousness is the swastika. In that, the word "svastika" means: Su (good), na (having) good, a (not) sti (existing) na (having), ka (happiness), so it is having good happiness, which is the bindu. That itself is also rotated or moved by the union of inner heat, desiring the purity of the bindu, this is the oral instruction. Likewise, in the sadhana composed by Avadhutipa, it says: "Look upwards at the pig face, the swastika swirls quickly." Thus it is said. Swastika, with the word nintavarta, ninta means bindu, and vartaya means rotating. With the nature of bliss, rejoicing and playing with the joy born together with the consort, therefore it is the bindu, and moving it with the union of inner heat is the meaning of rotating. The manifestation of the forehead is the manifestation of the forehead of the pig face. Quickly means very quickly, which is the union of rotating. Rotating means without interruption, rotating like a potter's wheel. One means non-dual, definitely determined as one. How? The word "to meditate" distinguishes what has been shown by the words connected above. The special thing to do is said, such as "after that," etc. After that, the wheel should be meditated upon, etc.
