Finally, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. At dawn, arise from the clear light, have faith in the wheel of the mandala, and put into practice all that has been said before. The outer offering ritual should be recited. Here, desiring to make offerings to the Blessed Mother, I arise at dawn, or as desired, the mantra practitioner endowed with the yoga of Vajra Vairocani, places his hand on the pure ground and recites the mantra beginning with "Om Sumba Ni Sumba," and then with the five ambrosias and ༄། fragrant incense and other substances mixed into heavy pellets, smears the four-cornered mandala. In the center of it, place the hand and recite the twenty-four letters beginning with "Puja," and also the ten names such as the place and the nearby place, with the practitioner first reciting the special devotion to each of those places. Then, on that mandala, in an instant, visualize Mount Meru, which abides on the four great elements, and on top of it, the sun abiding on a red lotus, and the letter Bam (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, literal meaning: Bam). With its rays, invite the wheel of wisdom, and from it entering and completely transforming, visualize the Blessed Mother and her retinue as being completely perfect in every way. After that, the goddesses such as the lute player, emanating from the seed syllable in one's own heart, make offerings perfectly, and arrange the seven kinds of offerings such as the seven precious jewels emanating from it, and with the left hand purified according to the ritual, in the center of the mandala, offer flowers to the Blessed Mother with three letters. Again, offer flowers to that same one with the Blessed Mother's heart mantra and the near-heart mantra. After that, to the Dakinis and so forth, up to the Destroyer of Yama, each with their own mantra, circumambulate the directions to the left and circumambulate the non-directions to the right, and as they are situated, offer flowers to the mandala. Then, with the sequence of hand mudra offerings that will be explained, offer flowers to the deities generated in the hands with the mantras of those places, such as "Om Ha." Then, the flowers that have fallen into the left hand are scattered on the mandala with the recitation of the eight-footed mantra preceding it, and with the palms joined at the crown of the head, the hands are first joined.
