Moving on the earth. This includes all who dwell on the earth. The city of Yakshas, the secret place, is the mother with the power of the wheel. In the excretory passage (griha devatā bshang lam) is the half-born mother, she is the assembler. On the two thighs of Saurāṣṭra is the wine-selling mother. On the two arms of Suvarṇadvīpa is the mother with the armor of the wheel, she is the close assembler. On the fingers of the city, she is extremely brave. On the two breasts of Sindhu is the mighty mother, the charnel ground. On the two thumbs of Maru is the Chakravartin. On the two knees of Kuluta is the great diligent one, the close charnel ground. The wheel of the body includes all who move under the earth. Here is the instruction: all such as "Pūṃ Rdzaṃ" should be ascertained with certainty, complete with bindu. From the letters such as Pūṃ having been completely transformed, one should visualize the places and so forth all at once on the crown of the head and so forth, in the form of a wheel empty of spokes. In those places and so forth, one should meditate that the channels abiding in that place are completely transformed into the form of that deity and abide. Just as the external trees and so forth are nourished by the nearby water, so also in the body the channels nourish the nails and so forth, so it is the same. Externally, the Vajra Seat, the Great Bodhi, is the place and the Nairañjanā River. In the body, the wheel of great bliss is the Vajra Seat. The Avadhūtī is the Nairañjanā.

Within the nature of the sun's mandala, contemplate the syllable Hūṃ, and recite: Oṃ āḥ nyo nya anugataḥ sarva dharma sphara sphara anupraviṣṭa sarva dharmāḥ atyanata anupraviṣṭaḥ sarva dharmāḥ hūṃ. With the syllable Hūṃ as the guide, the positions of the moon and sun, from the complete arising of the syllable Hūṃ, place or contemplate the vessel of nectar in the palm of the vajra hand, and for the sake of desired accomplishments, this should be recited: The goddess is the measure, the oath is the measure, and the words spoken by them are the supreme measure. By this truth, may these goddesses become the cause for me to be subsequently embraced. Then, contemplate the dancer, the offerer, and the offering as inseparable, and the vessel of nectar should be circumambulated counterclockwise in the directions, starting from the east. In the intermediate directions, start from the southeast and circumambulate clockwise. The deities of the three wheels, such as the Vajra-tongued Mistress arising from the white Hūṃ, circumambulate by reciting their respective mantras once, Oṃ ārali hoḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ vajra ḍākinī samaya stvaṃ dṛ́śya hoḥ. By reciting this once, twice, three times, four times, or five times, one should bestow. Then, face washing.
