The non-conceptual wisdom arises. The so-called measure of wind is to stop all the winds at the heart. The inner explanation is: Focusing on the letters A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) and HA (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), the characteristic of individually recognizing oneself is the measure of self. Knowing that these become one is the measure of time. What arises from the same taste is the measure of wisdom. Stopping life and effort there is the measure of wind. In the secret explanation, seeing the bindu of bodhicitta, which is as clear as the moon, is the measure of self. The state of hair standing on end, etc., upon seeing it is the measure of time. By this, wisdom will surely arise in me, this is the measure of wisdom. Gaining control over the wind of life and effort during meditation is the measure of wind. The explanation of the secret of secrets is: Not focusing on the letters A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) and HA (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) is the measure of self. The equality of bliss of skillful means and wisdom is the measure of time. Definitely holding it is the measure of wisdom. Not being moved by the wind of conceptual thought is the measure of wind. Through these measures, one can realize the completely pure Suchness, just as examining clean and unclean people with fire and water, and the leaves of the Vata tree, etc., is well-known in the world. Similarly, here too, the yogi should examine his own mind, this is the summary of all meanings. As the teacher himself said: It should be grasped by the four trusts. And so on. Now, in order to show the yogi the position of the crown chakra, the "four seats" are mentioned. The so-called seat of self is the body of the yogi, which becomes the basis for heroes and heroines. As it is said in the Twenty-four Divisions: The places, etc., reside in this very place. And so on, these come from the secret instructions of Suchness itself. Just as heroes and heroines reside in my body, it should also be understood that they also reside in the bodies of others, and practicing without difference is called the seat of others. Having understood the nature of these two seats, entering the realm of others through the power of yoga is the seat of yoga. Just as mind and non-mind...

Practice. The mind sees the non-mind as definite. If the mind dissolves into the mind, It will enter into all embodied beings. Thus it is said in the Fifty Verses of the Lineage's Avalokiteśvara. The seat of Suchness is to abide in mere non-dual appearance. The inner explanation is: The so-called "my seat" is to burn the four wheels such as emanation and emerge outwards. The so-called "other's seat" is to dwell in the heart of all Buddhas and take the nectar of wisdom. Again, to return and satisfy one's own body is the yoga seat, because it possesses uncontaminated wisdom. After that, to know and abide in the nature of the single taste of all Buddhas is the seat of Suchness. Again, the explanation: The so-called "my seat" is to ascertain that the nature of all Tathagatas is me and abide. The so-called "other's seat" is to particularly admire all mudras with one mudra. The so-called "yoga seat" is to abide in the non-duality of method and wisdom. The seat of Suchness is not to abandon one's own nature even when not in equipoise. Again, the explanation: The so-called "my seat" is the place of bodhicitta. The so-called "other's seat" is inside the Terminalia chebula. The so-called "yoga seat" is the vajra posture. The so-called "seat of Suchness" is the place of bodhicitta Terminalia chebula in its center. As it is said: By combining bodhicitta and Terminalia chebula, Binding the vajra posture, That which dwells within the jewel, Agulaka is greatly wondrous. Thus it appears. From the beginning of the generation stage until entering the completion stage, the yogi should realize Suchness. In order to teach Suchness, it is said that there are four Suchnesses. Among them, the so-called "my Suchness" is to rise at dawn, and the one with the nature of yoga should fill one's body with the sixteen vowel letters, whose nature is the bright moon's portion, and contemplate it as the nature of the red letter. This is to teach my Suchness, because oneself is the nature of luminosity. As it is said: Inside
