That which is called "Na Ngrus Chen Mo" is just like the meaning of the Dakinis of the cemetery and the nearby cemetery. These are the subterranean practices of the Wheel of Body. Because the ten senses, such as the eye, grasp objects such as food, the eight roots of the senses are Khva gdong ma and so on. These are the definitive terms of the heroines of the Wheel of Commitment. Now, the definitive terms of the heroes will be spoken. Fragment, that is, in the place of the head, the earth of the form of teeth and nails takes and urges the mind of enlightenment, therefore, fragment of the skull. Maha Kamka is the same as that which comes to the place of the crown of the head. Because it takes hair and body hair, it is the great skeleton. Having reached the root of the ear, because it urges the odor of the skin, it is the skeleton. That which is the particularly sharp tusk of the nature of flesh in the back, that is what it is called. That is the definitive term of the hero of the place. The enemy of the liquors, that is, the tendons, entering the left ear is the enemy of liquor. Abiding in the middle of the eyebrows, that which arises from the fact that it thoroughly causes the infinite rosary of bones to enter is Infinite Light. Because the light-eye, which is like a vajra jewel, thoroughly causes the liver to enter, it is Vajra Light. Because the body of that which is firm like a vajra thoroughly causes the heart to enter from the root of the arm, it is Vajra Body. That is the term of the hero of the nearby place. Because the sprout of the eye arises from the armpits, it is Sprout-Possessed. Because it generates the bile element like the vajra hair from the breasts, it is Vajra Hair-Possessed. In the navel, the great vajra also destroys, and from thoroughly causing the lungs to enter, it is the Great Hero. Because it thoroughly causes the door of the intestines to enter from the tip of the nose, it is Vajra Hum-Maker. That is the definitive term of the hero of the field and the nearby field.
