以...庄严，以颅骨鬘完全覆盖。一切装饰圆满，调伏一切魔众。于日轮座上，半跏趺坐安住。贪欲、愚痴与嫉妒，压于卡拉拉底之下。三眼四面四颈项，如虚空般蓝黄红。上方之面为绿色，与猪面母无二无别而喜悦。铃杵平等持，手持骷髅杖、套索、头颅，法轮、三叉戟矛尖，金刚钩、小石子。血流漩涡之中，身穿大象生皮衣。双手持有法衣，以人皮法衣挥舞。青春年少具威仪，具足三十二相，八十随形好庄严。具有九种舞姿，身穿虎皮裙。以猛厉手印善为庄严，具头鬘与大项链，上方善持白伞盖。猪面母红色裸身，三眼头发散乱。娇媚乳房丰满坚挺，一切装饰极度燃烧。左手持人肉嘎巴拉碗，右手持小石子发出法音。双足互相交抱，以慈悲生起大乐。心间智慧极增长，种种莲花日月金刚吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。其后，于头、颈、心间之月亮和太阳之上，观想白色、红色和蓝色的光芒放射的嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。然后，于脐轮化生轮之中有八个，外围有五十六个花瓣，颜色各异，于莲心有字母昂（藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：昂），颜色各异，头朝上。心间法轮有八个花瓣，颜色蓝色，莲心有字母吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），颜色蓝色，头朝下。颈部受用轮，莲心有四个花瓣，外围有十二个花瓣，颜色红色，莲心的字母是嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），红色，头朝上。顶轮大乐轮有三十二个花瓣，颜色蓝色，莲心有字母航（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：航），颜色白色，头朝下。所有这些轮都带有字母，并且光芒非常明亮。

Adorned with..., completely covered with a garland of skulls. All ornaments are complete, subduing all demons. On the seat of the sun disc, she dwells in a semi-lotus posture. Greed, ignorance, and jealousy are pressed under Kala Raati. Three eyes, four faces, four necks, blue, yellow, and red like the sky. The upper face is green, joyful and inseparable from the sow-faced mother. Bell and vajra are held in equilibrium, holding a skull staff, lasso, head, Dharma wheel, trident spear tip, vajra hook, and small pebbles. In the swirling vortex of blood, she wears the raw hide of a great elephant as clothing. In her two hands are Dharma robes, waving with two human skin garments. Youthful and dignified, possessing the thirty-two major marks and adorned with eighty minor marks. Endowed with the nine dance postures, wearing a tiger skin skirt. Well adorned with fierce mudras, possessing a head garland and a large necklace, holding a white umbrella perfectly above. The sow-faced mother is red and naked, with three eyes and disheveled hair. Charming with prominent and firm breasts, all ornaments are extremely blazing. Her left hand holds a skull cup filled with corpses, her right hand proclaims the Dharma sound with small pebbles. Her two feet are intertwined, with great bliss arising from compassion. In her heart, wisdom greatly increases, with various lotuses, sun, vajra, and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Following that, on the moon and sun above the head, neck, and heart, visualize the white, red, and blue lights radiating from Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Then, in the navel, within the wheel of emanation, there are eight, and outside there are fifty-six petals of various colors, with the letter Am (藏文：ཨཾ，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：昂) in the center, of various colors, pointing upwards. In the heart, the Dharma wheel has eight petals, the color is blue, and the letter Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) is in the center, the color is blue, pointing downwards. In the neck, the enjoyment wheel has four petals in the center and twelve petals outside, the color is red, and the letter Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) in the center is red, pointing upwards. On the crown of the head, the great bliss wheel has thirty-two petals, the color is blue, and the letter Ham (藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：航) in the center is white, pointing downwards. All those wheels are with letters and the light is very clear.
