When combined with the three, the fingers are knotted, and in the path of desire, skillful wisdom intermingles. In the path of liberation, the left and right winds are blocked, the self abides, and the extremes of permanence and annihilation are cut off. The so-called "must be combined" means: first, combining the secret vajra and lotus; second, inserting the wind into the central channel; third, combining with the central channel path. The thumb is firmly combined, which means: first, giving the position of Avadhūti (Sanskrit: Avadhūti, अवधूति, अवधूति, the renouncer); second, combining Avadhūti (Sanskrit: Avadhūti, अवधूति, अवधूति, the renouncer) in the center of the visualized transformation wheel; third, the object of individual discriminating wisdom. Placing it in front of the forehead means: first, giving the space channel; second, meditating on Avadhūti (Sanskrit: Avadhūti, अवधूति, अवधूति, the renouncer) on the crown of the head; third, focusing on the Dharmadhatu. Rotating and rotating, which means: first, generating with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: Hūṃ, हूँ, seed syllable) and Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit: Phaṭ, फट्, seed syllable); second, the two are stirred with a rope stirring left and right; third, purifying with the three of hearing, thinking, and meditating. Stepping on with the feet means: first and second, blocking the spoken wind; third, blocking the two extremes. Upward at the navel means: first and second, focusing on the four wheels; third, focusing on the five paths. Proclaiming the sound of Pheṃ (Tibetan: ཕེཾ, Sanskrit: pheṃ, फें, seed syllable) upward means: first and second, igniting inner heat; third, benefiting others with the teachings of the twelve-part scriptures. Invoking the heroes and yoginis who dwell in the ten directions of the world means: first and second, invoking bodhicitta from the thirty-two channels of the crown of the head. Third, invoking the wisdom heroes of one's own completed stage, as stated by the mantra practitioner, who cultivates the samadhi of bliss in the path of desire. The hero visualizes himself as the deity, the yogini visualizes the consort as the goddess, and the blessing is done with mantras. The so-called "combining at the tip of the nose" refers to the secret vajra. Bird refers to the consort. The navel refers to the transformation wheel. The heart, etc., are also the wheels of Dharma, enjoyment, and great bliss. Blessing with the assembly of mantras means establishing the symbolic letters of the wind on the four wheels. The navel, heart, etc., refer to the consort. The yogini is the essence of the Buddha-mother. The mantra of the Buddha-dakini is the near essence of the Buddha-mother, which is

The two are established. The Ava Dhuti channel refers to one's own heart and navel. Hero blessing means blessing with the essence and near essence of the Bhagavan. The non-duality of yogini and hero means that the means and wisdom enter equally. The first joy is the hero, which means that joy is separated from thirty natures. Supreme bliss yogini, which means increasing bliss, supreme bliss is separated from ten natures. The most joyful is complete, which means that innate mind bliss is separated from seven natures. That bliss refers to the above three joys of tranquility. By means means the oral instructions of the guru. Primordial awareness means the co-emergent arising of the meaning of realizing the emptiness of the mind. The wheel of the heart in the heavenly realm is said on the ground. The body is underground. In an instant, it means that after igniting the fierce fire, when the bodhichitta is lowered and the pulse is filled, it is said that one form transforms, and all realms are one taste of bliss. Now I will explain the common limbs. Gathering those two means that after inviting the wisdom sattva of the two stages of generation and completion, they are integrated. Right and means that the hands rotate left and right, the supreme bliss of the dakini means merging into the heart essence mudra. Or supreme bliss refers to the samaya sattva, which is integrated into it. Two clear channels on the crown and, vowel letters doubled. Among them, on the navel emanation wheel, sixteen pairs of vowel letters and thirty-two consonants are established, the first and last are established. In the heart, establish the four I, U, E, O, and the four Ya, Ra, La, Va, which are eight. A is in the hidden place, sixteen vowel letters. In the completion stage, right and left means that the right and left winds enter the central channel. The eighth chapter is finished. The ninth chapter explanation Now I will explain the continuum of the fruit. Among them, the first is briefly explained. From then on, the four verses explain that one should know the nature of the incarnation body and want to know the nature of the enjoyment body, that is one. Mahayana refers to non-conceptual wisdom, here it is desire. Mudra refers to the Dharmadhatu. Like that
