"Two hands tightly embracing" refers to holding the vajra and bell with the two embracing hands, which is the remaining part. "In the remainder of the right hand" refers to the meaning of holding these signs in the remainder of the right hand. "Skull filled with blood" refers to the skull filled with blood. The head refers to the head of Brahma. "In the remainder of the left hand" refers to explaining the hand implements of the remainder of the left hand as before. "Adorned with twelve" refers to holding these twelve signs, therefore meditating on the Bhagavan who is known to be adorned with twelve hands. "Holding a garland of skulls for offering. It should be known as one hundred and fifty." Refers to the garland of one hundred and fifty heads hanging down. "Holding for offering" refers to holding for offering. "Bhagavani is in front" refers to looking at the Bhagavani in front.
