Adorned with red dye and the like, the patron with flowers holds the edge of the flower garland and is allowed to smear it into the nature of seeing the mandala. On the east side of the mandala or in the direction of the Lord of Power, not long after, on a square platform, two cubits high, made of clay, or in the center of the existing ground or smear, draw various aquatic plants, with a door to the west, surrounded by a single line, each side four cubits long. Adorned with banners and the like, with musical instruments and songs in front. In the center, on a wooden cushion, place the image of the Buddha and the like, drawn with eight-petaled lotuses, meditating on the lunar disc. With offerings and the like preceding, recite the mantra of all actions and the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) seven times. Holding the right hand and the other hand's fist, circle twice to the left, reciting: Oṃ, burn all sins, Vajra, all beings' sins, burn, Svāhā! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བཛྲཱ་ཡ་སརྦྦ་སཏྭ་སྱ་སརྦྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व पापं दहन वज्राय सर्व सत्वस्य सर्व पापं दहन स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajrāya sarva sattvasya sarva pāpaṃ dahana svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, burn all sins, Vajra, all beings' sins, burn, Svāhā!), recite and purify, then throw it into the fire of accomplishment. Similarly, circle to the right. Similarly, water is also completely circled to the left and right, and like this, four pottery bowls completely smeared with white powder, as well as cow dung wine and tsampa wine with sprouts of auspicious grass, and fish sauce, should also be completely circled and placed on the ground. Not on the fire. Then, touch the image of the Buddha and the like with hands, and if it is possible to smear incense and the like with the mantra of the Lord of the Wheel, smear with incense, and if not, smear on the image in the mirror. Place a garland of flowers on its head, offer offerings in front, completely surround it with butter lamps, recite the mantra of all actions and the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) seven times, and burn incense mixed with red and white sandalwood. After dispelling inauspiciousness, mix yogurt, milk, butter, honey, and sugar, these five nectars, in a copper vessel. After that, place yogurt, milk, butter, cow dung, and cow urine in a copper vessel in the same way, and with the bunches of auspicious grass taken out after reciting the mantra of all actions, recite: Oṃ, Hūṃ, Trāṃ, Hrīḥ, A! Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hūṃ trāṃ hrīḥ a, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Hūṃ, Trāṃ, Hrīḥ, A!) as before.
