And, those who cause madness. Because all activities are included within pacification, initially only pacification is shown. Regarding this, this is an instruction: For pacifying activities, giving a torma with a pacified mind is preliminary. The white Mahasukha facing east, endowed with the yoga of two hands, pacifies men with a mixture of saffron and sandalwood. For pacifying women, it is done with sandalwood mixed with ghee. In the white direction, on silk or a clean cloth, above a mandala of the moon, draw two six-spoked wheels, that is, two three-pointed wheels. Some say it's like a wheel with eight spokes, etc. Clearly draw the wheel surrounded by a vajra garland, and then on the six spokes, starting with the east, write the six syllables beginning with the syllable Om, with the heads facing outwards, one in a clockwise direction, and the second should be written in a counterclockwise direction. In the center, write "PHAṬ SVĀHĀ CHE GE MO ŚĀNTIṂ KURU SVĀHĀ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) PHAṬ SVĀHĀ * * śāntiṃ kuru svāhā," and for pacifying women, write "NAMAH LASA BYIN ŚĀNTIṂ KURU NAMAH (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) namah lasa byin śāntiṃ kuru namah." Then join them together, cover them with two new earthenware bowls, wrap them with white thread, and place them on a mandala made of sandalwood, etc. According to the ritual, first invite the wisdom being, and then offer white flowers, etc. Then focus on the wheel, reciting the seven-syllable mantra a thousand times, etc. Visualize the object of subjugation between the wheel and oneself, residing on the moon. From the seed syllable in one's own heart, a white maiden arises, holding a crystal vase filled with the nectar of wisdom, reciting the mantra "OṂ SARVA TATHĀGATĀ BHIṢEKA SAMAYA ŚRĪ YE HŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) oṃ sarva tathāgatā bhiṣeka samaya śrī ye hūṃ," with the intention of empowerment, cleanse with streams of wisdom nectar, visualizing that sins, etc., in the form of blackness, are expelled from the excretory passage, and purity is achieved like the form of crystal. Then, again, recite the seven-syllable mantra, visualizing the object of subjugation illuminated by rays of light, and recite the mantra with a pacified mind. Perform like this in three sessions, until the result is achieved.

When the fruit is accomplished, the bowl should be removed and applied with intelligence to the throat and other parts of the one to be subdued. Alternatively, the wheel of wisdom should descend and be bestowed upon water and other substances. It is said to pacify epidemics and the like: epidemics and the like. Therein, the yogi who possesses power should meditate on the wheel as it has been spoken, on the left hand. With the other hand, using the rite that has just been recited, with a bundle of durva grass, peacock feathers, and kusha grass, or anything else, dipped in water, he should wipe those threatened by epidemics and poisons, and meditate on the one to be subdued as abiding on the moon. Facing east, he should sit close by, and place three vessels filled with torma, water, and fire near his feet. There, with the thought of burning poisons and the like, he should recite and repeat "ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ལ་ནིར་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་ནིར་ཝ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan)", and with his hands, starting from the crown of the head, he should act until the end of the feet, and think that the white rays of light from the seed-syllable of his own heart hook back the epidemics and the like in just that way, and cast them into the vessels. Now the wheel of increase is spoken of: saffron and the like, that is, in two bowls, meaning within two bowls. Therein, the condensed meaning of this is: facing manifestly to the north, with the giving of torma going before, possessing the yoga of yellow two-armed Chakrasamvara, with a mind of increase, within the bowl, upon the back of an elephant, he should draw two six-spoked wheels. There, one clockwise
