That is to say, in order to attain the very nature of great bliss that is one taste with emptiness, that itself is the deity. Therefore, the so-called "therefore" refers to the nature of how it has become. Due to inconceivable union, it is free from discrimination. The so-called "all-pervading suchness nature" means that the nature of emptiness transforms into a body that goes everywhere, which is the remaining part. Its function is explained: The so-called "whoever" etc., that is, having obtained that nature, which is the nature of supreme bliss. The so-called "will obtain" means to cause sentient beings to obtain, which is the remaining part. Or, also from the differences that are spoken and from other tantras, by doing any kind of virtuous conduct, abiding in the state of luminosity, only by its own nature, the glorious Heruka and others are one. Just for that reason, having obtained the nature of co-emergent great bliss that is one taste with suchness, only without discrimination, in order to show the desired form to all those to be tamed, as its cause, like a jewel of various colors, and in order to perfectly accomplish the intentions of beings, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, such a Buddha yogi will truly attain. The so-called "there is not even a little bit of unreasonableness in the infinite ways of the path," is the intention of the Bhagavan. It is said: Those who are skilled in the ways should not criticize it even a little. The perfectly enlightened Buddhas have spoken of immeasurable means for sentient beings. Thus it is said. The commentary on the seventh chapter is completed. The commentary on the eighth chapter. The so-called "vows" etc., are spoken in order to answer the fourteen questions. The so-called "thereafter" etc. A vow is something that a yogi must not transgress and must accomplish. It is also of two kinds, namely, what is to be protected and what is to be eaten. Through the detailed distinction of these kinds, many are spoken, namely, the so-called "vows" etc. The fruit is spoken of, namely, the so-called "by whom" etc. Among them, with regard to the vows to be eaten, in order to determine the place and the objects to be offered, as well as the ritual and implements of offering, it is spoken of in sequence, namely, the so-called "own home" etc. For the sake of desiring the unsurpassed fruit.

This is to determine the location. From "Yoga" to "extremely praised," it determines who should be offered to. From "inviting" to "blessing," it determines the ritual of offering. "Mixed wine" and other half-verses determine the implements. The rest is the ritual itself. Among them, "field and mantra-born, place-born, etc.," those born from the field and mantra are field-born and mantra-born, and thus place-born. Field and place are close representations, and also close fields, etc. "Mantra-born" means that through the sequence of empowerment, etc., one should be qualified, that is, those who are devoted to meditation and recitation, etc. "All the deities should be invited," that is, all should be invited with the forms of the deities. "The Acharya is a Bhikshu," that is, the Bhikshu is the supreme Acharya, this is the remaining part. How is the Acharya a Bhikshu? It is said, "Some," etc., that is, those who abide on the path through the order of the secret mantra, there is no contradiction in them being the Acharya themselves, in order to gather beings who do not have much faith in the profound Dharma, they abide in the position of Bhikshu. Regarding this, it is said in the Vajra Garland: "Delights in gathering in sickness, outwardly performs the conduct of Shravakas." And similarly, "Relying on secret asceticism, one accomplishes the supreme state." It is also the same elsewhere. "Some qualities" refers to those who possess qualities such as supernormal powers, then those other than Bhikshus should also be taken as the main Acharya. "Enjoyment relies" refers to enjoying the property of stupas. Some read it as "behavior that falls to the edge," at this time, turning away from the behavior of Samaya to other aspects is falling to the edge, because the vows of Shravakas, etc., abide on one side. "Enjoyment" refers to the attachment of abiding on one side to the five objects of desire. Or abiding on one side to food, that is, the meaning of not being separated from food. "Always with consideration for sentient beings," refers to always holding onto sentient beings, being loving and gentle. "Good" refers to the supreme, that is, the hand seals of the wheel, etc. The Torma is held by the Acharya.
