There are sixty-four channels. Similarly, it possesses the nature of thirty-two channels. In the crown chakra, the wheel of great bliss, each channel has twice its amount, with an establishment of six hundred breaths, exceeding seventy-five, circulating. For the sake of the thirty-two channels circulating, there are thirty-two water drops. Similarly, possessing the nature of sixteen channels, in the enjoyment wheel, each channel has twice its amount plus half, with an establishment of thirteen hundred breaths circulating, hence there are sixteen and a half periods. Similarly, possessing the nature of eight channels, in the Dharma wheel, each channel has twenty-seven hundred breaths circulating, hence there are eight periods. Similarly, it is also said in the King of Second Observation: the moon and the sun, ali and kali, and sixteen movements, sixty-four digits and thirty-two hours, and eight periods. Vajra Dakini, etc. Those, mainly by the function of calculation, are the establishment of the external realm, so there is no contradiction between it and this. Or this is the common establishment of inner and outer. Thus, saying that the sun rises, etc., dividing the day into four periods and the night into four periods, from this, one day has eight periods, sixteen half periods, and a collection of four quarter periods, forming thirty-two hours, and measuring its quantity by the establishment of digits, hence there are sixty-four digits. Thus, it is only the establishment of the external realm. The measure of the digit is because it is established by one's own intention, so the calculator of Bhasata made one hundred digits in one day. Here, the sixty-four digits are established by oneself in common with the inner and outer, just as it was said earlier. Therefore, this is very beautiful. Thus, there are four great movements, namely, the two that are equal, and the northward and southward movements. For them, because of their importance and for the sake of easy establishment, it is also declared that the nature of the inner and outer breaths of equal digits and the number of water scales, and others that are established with the nature of life as the leader, such as life, etc., are the five lives.

Those breaths of one-tenth, and those in which the number of breaths is arranged in order, and the three above those, that is, how they changed by first placing emptiness. Those with limbs and branches. It means that there are thirty limbs there. That limb is endowed in the right way. Those are equal measures. This is the remainder. These add up to three hundred and thirty-seven and a half, which are equal measures, as before. In order to distinguish the measures of day and night for northward and southward movement, it is said, northward movement, and so on. These forty-five water rises ༄། By the measure of the day of northward movement, that is, the collection of breaths becomes two hundred and seventy. The measure of the night is sixty-seven and a half water rises. By the collection of breaths, it is four hundred and five.
