It is said that once habituation reaches its peak, wisdom free from conceptualization will arise. Alternatively, there are two ways to achieve this: the guru's complete instruction and the way of personal experience. The result of these two is the third. Regarding this, it is said in 'The Foot of the Rope': "That itself is two wisdoms, namely, with and without expression." Or, "Gross is sound" means that grossness has the nature of sound, being the nature of letters such as Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Chinese literal meaning: Ā) and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). "Subtle is the nature of thought" means that the order of meditating on it comes from the guru's oral instructions. The so-called "realization of that itself free from thought" means that from habituation, one will realize the bliss free from conceptualization. In order to show that the four elements, etc., are the same place for the five elements, therefore, it is answered with one chapter. Other chapters should also be understood in this way. The explanation of the fourth chapter is completed. The explanation of the fifth chapter Oṃ! How does the moon itself become a deity? This is said based on the eighth question. In this chapter, starting from "Then," etc., everything good and non-good, such as happiness, suffering, life, and death, which are the basis of consciousness, and the very nature of the wind, which is a branch of the Vajra recitation sequence, will be discussed. That is, first, the characteristics of the two channels called Lalanā and Rasanā are discussed. The so-called "moon," etc., up to "how the order is," is a brief indication. The so-called "throat," etc., is a detailed explanation. The so-called "lower mouth" means that even if both of these holes are mouths, since it is the place of taking and discarding, the lower navel channel is like a mouth, and it is its mouth. This is the so-called lower mouth. Similarly, it is also the upper mouth. The so-called "completely entering" means that coming out from the right, grasping the object, and then immediately the consciousness riding on the wind enters from Lalanā. These are the so-called "nose," etc. Now, in order to explain the characteristics of the change and non-change of the wind related to the present situation, first, only the day and night distinctions of the external day and night are discussed. The so-called "sun," etc., is easy to understand. Eight sessions

Possessing the nature of..., in order to show that one abides in meditation day and night, and that the wind of balanced elements flows in sequence, it is said. The so-called "transfer" and so on are easy to understand. If the sixteen transfers run day and night, and the breath runs from only one nostril from sunrise in one day, then only in this way will it run at all times when one abides in meditation. If the breath runs from the other nostril on the morning of the fourth day, then it should be said that here, ninety-six circles will be transferred in one day and night. Now, when transferring from one circle to another, in the manner that will be explained, the energy breath known as the demon girl is consumed half and half, so the breath of the ninety-six circles is consumed forty-eight, and in three days, one hundred breaths are consumed, leaving forty-four. Similarly, when transferring from one nostril to another at the time when night and day are equal, the three parts of the slightly reduced breath, the remaining twenty-five breaths run strongly in both nostrils. Therefore, with one hundred and thirty-three breaths, the flow of one nostril will cease, and the so-called flow from the other nostril on the morning of the fourth day is a digression. Now, what is relevant should be said. If asked, what is the distinction of the stick in this division? It is said, "Wind" and so on.

After that, immediately the fingers of daytime increase and the fingers of nighttime decrease respectively. If asked how much it increases and decreases in a month, and how much it increases and decreases each day? The answer is, starting from "breaths," etc. In one month, eleven more breaths exceeding one finger and one section increase. Therefore, three hundred breaths exceeding fifteen become the fingers of the daytime of the vase's transfer. Nighttime is three hundred breaths exceeding sixty, which is one finger. Like this, each transfer, until the southern course ends. If asked how much it increases and decreases each day, becoming eleven breaths with one section? The answer is, starting from "of the breath," etc., three-quarters of twenty-four breaths increase, which is related to the previous one. If each finger increases three-quarters of twenty-four breaths, there will only be thirty-two fingers. Therefore, it is two water srangs. External treatises and other tantras, such as Vajra Dakini, etc., believe that four water srangs increase each day. Any water ༄། །The measure of the finger of the nature of sixty srangs, the daytime during the northern course is exactly twenty-four fingers. That is, the number of breaths is eight thousand six hundred and forty breaths. According to the sequence of this tantra, nine thousand seven hundred are the collection of daytime breaths during the northern course. If asked, this is more than one thousand one hundred here, so the difference is very large, then it should be said here that there is no fault because the places of both are different. Like this, this tantra is an internal arrangement, the sixteen branches of transfer. The wind changes in one day and night. In the nostrils constantly. The periods run correctly half and half. Because it is said uninterruptedly like this. Therefore, in equal night and day, it possesses sixty-four channels. The emanation wheel has thirty-seven and a half breaths running in each channel, the arrangement sequence of three hundred breaths, because sixty-four channels run, finger
