The seven verses, such as "collecting separately what was said," are easy to understand. However, it must be learned from the mouth of the guru. Now, by the characteristics of the body, pressing the two crucial points of the twenty-four places, one's own wisdom is proclaimed. The body, etc., so-called characteristics, are for explaining untimely death, so it should be truly explained. The so-called tent of veins is the tent of the body, thus from the crown of the head, etc., to between "Pola Kakkol two," the two have forty-eight joints. However, the veins of these are the same, in what order do they pervade. The so-called positions of those joints are the joints of the place of birth. The crucial point of rest is the key. Therefore, the joint of the crown of the head and between the vajra jewel is the key. Thus, the big toe of the foot and the center of the eyebrow and the root of the vagina and the eyes and likewise the nose and the shin and the sole of the foot and the navel and the narration and the foot and the cheek and the groin and the hands and the shoulders and the tip and the wrist and the waist and the forehead and the back of the ear and the root and the tongue of the place. Again, the tongue of the throat. These are the joints. Similarly, explaining the key. The boundary of the realm and the two testicles and the forehead. Similarly, the toes and the shin and the ear and the heart and the vein of the back and the palate and the lips and the cheek and the armpit and the ribs, etc., and the breasts and the coccyx. Similarly, the elbow and the neck and the forehead. Similarly, the two ribs and the right and the left thighs, etc., and the junction of the eyebrows and the human nose and Pola Kakkol are the key. Press in this way. The so-called running individually is to press that which descends at the times when life runs. At the time of rest are the realms. Thus, at the time of birth are the keys. Why? Bodhicitta is the great self. The so-called great self of bodhicitta will become the increase of bliss. When that time, one's own wisdom will run without wavering. Thus, it is the ritual of violent union.

It is to be known from the lama's mouth that it is called 'ga'. By showing the root chakra by throbbing and trembling, it should be represented in the same way from that moment. It is the time to get used to it. This is just a brief summary. Therefore, I have not spoken extensively about it, because there is a danger of the lineage being lost from one lama to another. This is certain. By 'month' and 'month' etc., whatever the date is in the twelve months, each month has thirty dates. The 'root of the root' is where the practitioner dwells in the female form. On the first day of the white side, etc., with the left foot's toe, etc. At the end of the first day of the dark side, until the fifteenth day of the month, it should be squeezed up to the top of the head. Similarly, from the first day of the dark side, etc., until the void, from the forehead, etc., to the right foot's toe, the bodhicitta descends. The root of the descending bodhicitta should be squeezed. 'The owl-faced woman's face is used.' This means that the doors of these roots are like the face of an owl-faced woman. The outer body is also a place and a place. Therefore, whatever is like that in them is the mouth. 'Even with the mudra, squeeze the bliss' means that each root should be done in the same way. 'Finger' means that the ring finger should be placed on top of the little finger. Similarly, the threatening finger and the thumb should be joined together. Thus, the four should be joined together as one, and one should be placed on top of the middle finger, and it should be squeezed from the separate explanations. 'Breath is like that' means that at night, when an owl sits, it moves its head. Similarly, it is desired to move the life force of the inner and outer self. It is said in all the scriptures. Then, the root of the four chakras should be squeezed. 'To that' etc. means that by that, the fierce woman should be made to blaze in the same way. Therefore, 'because of that' etc. is the letter in the form of Aṃ, imagining the form of conventional truth. Similarly, 'this' etc. means that at the time of empowerment, the two empowerments explain it in that way. From 'by whom' etc. to the great mudra.
