In short, the twenty-four, namely the mothers dwelling in the wheels of the body and so on, their vajra winds abide in the form of extreme subtlety, this is certain. Furthermore, in the navel wheel, in the twelve-petaled lotus of the channels, the dakinis and so on reside. If asked, how does the form of the vajra wind transform in those places? It is said: "At that time," in each and every one, the horse-eared mother and so on reside in the form of the mandala wheel. If it is said that the vajra wind becomes a formless form, and the yogini is a form with form? It is said: "The letter ṇa" and so on, the goddess of the meaning of the letter ṇa, is also not clear, meaning it does not transform into a form with form. If asked, how is it not clear? "The one with self-nature" means with a coarse form. The mind itself, with a coarse form, enters into an unclear form, thus it is Extremely clear, therefore it is the vajra wind, that is, the vajra equality. The mind is in all places within the body, with all the senses and so on, and the form of the elements, therefore it is said to be formless. Also, the word "also" is for gathering. Therefore, the one with the self-nature of not having clarity and non-clarity, is the meaning of the form of the yogini. It is also said that when the yogi who abides in the limb of enlightenment of the true samadhi of the self-nature of the yoginis and so on, accomplishes the perfection of his own body and mind, the two letters "kanchi" arise in the desire realm, as the cause of accomplishing the perfection of others, therefore it is said: "Desire" and so on, what arises there is according to the reason previously stated. At that time, the action of the form of liberation, being completely endowed with action, is therefore the agent of action, in order to accomplish the actions of killing and so on of those who will be spoken of as despising, in the form of the yogini, the mind arises in the desire realm. By what action does all sentient beings transform into the form of liberation? By what dharma does it transform? It is said: "The letter tsa transformation is the dharma," meaning the sentient being with extreme hatred, completely subdues others.

The actions are burned in Avici and other places. Thus, yogis, in Avici and other places, consider it supreme to burn themselves there, and in order to liberate them, they perform killing and other actions, and as long as they are separated from the joy of hateful actions, everything is liberated in the mind, and both will be liberated. If Bodhisattvas perform the needs of others, they are liberated in that stainless mind by being free from the attachment to self and what belongs to self, and from the habits of liking and disliking. This is to abandon the faults of hatred, and thus be liberated in one's own mind. It is also said: The mind changes into all faults, but there is no fault in the thoughts of others, and there is no fault in hitting others with feet, hands, etc. That is because it only dwells in the form of the body, etc. The faults that arise with habits are transformed by bonds. The conduct of the countless forms of mind should be taken. All liberation of the mind, everything will be liberated there. Those who are perverse, greedy, and hateful possessors of self, the mind that despises others, for the sake of accumulating merit, what is the benefit of this for the yogi? Where and where to kill this? It is said. By the seventh and so on, since it abides in the samadhi of the previously mentioned correct samadhi bodhi limb, it is shown by the letters of their samadhi and so on. What meaning does it show? Thus, initially, with the meaning of the earth letter, the meaning of thirty-seven self-natures in the center. The very beginning of all sentient beings is that one's own mind should be killed, and when it transforms into the self-nature of everything, it is the pervasive one of stability and movement, etc. At that time, in the aforementioned two wheels of thirty-six, one should contemplate the form of the Vajra Wind God, and here, all killing actions are the meaning of thinking. By doing this, it is said that it should be shown to those hateful sentient beings in the external environment, that is, by what and what words, etc.
