This is about the determination of time. Now it is declared that all Yoginis abide in the form of the mother with the nature of Bhagavan, with its characteristics as the cause of mastery. The so-called "Vajravarahi" etc., which has the nature of emanation, refers to the Bhagavan Great Vajradhara with Vajravarahi as the form of emanation, emptiness is due to the cause of compassion. The letter "ཏུ་" is to be grasped necessarily. "The female who destroys sentient males" refers to the female who causes the things of worldly males such as bipeds to decline, i.e., desire and so on. By proclaiming the great Dharma, it can cause the attachment to the appearance of the taker and the taken to decline. Thus, with the nature of self-emptiness, through all dharmas. They also through the Bhagavan Vajra Great Union. Yogis also through the supreme leakless union. They also through the nature of those who abide in all the veins.

Whenever it is obscured, that is not the time of enlightenment. Therefore, the aggregates should be contemplated as the nature of the Buddha. (Tibetan) means that the elements such as earth should be contemplated as the nature of Vajradhara. With immutable wisdom, all the realms of enlightenment are dissolved into the essence of wisdom, making them immutable, so the realms become Vajradhara himself. That is why it is said so. What will happen after doing so, the sutra says, will not return to samsara, meaning that after doing so, will not come and go in samsara again. Even if enjoying greed, hatred, etc., will not fall into hell, etc., that is its meaning. Thus, everything should be contemplated as the nature of immortality, meaning that thus, the aggregates, elements, places, objects, etc. should be contemplated as the nature of immortality. Because from beginningless time, the continuum of aggregates is unborn. Therefore, it is the meaning of immortality. Here, if the continuum from beginningless time is unborn, then why is the world of the Buddha needed, what is the matter? Here, if Shakyamuni Buddha and other coarse and subtle Bodhisattvas have completely passed into nirvana? Answer: Indeed, Shakyamuni Buddha and other Bodhisattvas are the nature of true compassion, wherever they see sentient beings going on the evil path, they will generate compassion for them. There, after indicating the good path to those sentient beings, they go to other worlds and completely pass into nirvana here, just to make the people of the world believe it. Thus, the sutra says the cause of that fruit, (Tibetan) means that you treat sentient beings with the blessing of compassion in the form of manifested illusion, and when practicing enlightenment from the instructions of the master, you should contemplate the blessing of compassion and complete integration.

Its union is the union of compassion itself. With what and what does one accomplish the needs of others? That is to say, with what and what, with the external and internal self-nature of things, through various discriminations, one makes the samadhi of the union of compassion, and accomplishes the needs of others, that is, the benefit of unequaled sentient beings, which means omniscience. So-called omniscience, etc., what is said later should also be dwelt in, so-called in the middle of the twelve transformations, the six-six wheel mandala is said to be auspiciously manifested later, the seventy-two mandalas are in such order, and each mandala is understood one by one. Those who dwell after that, that is, the Dakini Wa, etc., to the end of Droma, in the establishment of the twelve Yoginis, the so-called is the determination of the Bhagavan. The rest is easy to understand. Thus, the nature of the twelve Dakinis is the nature of Jambudvipa. The so-called auspiciousness, etc., is the complete speech of the chapter in summary. The word "etc." is like before, the wheel of the mandala is practiced, and the mantra is recited, and all are used, and the mastery of all the Yoginis is because the Bhagavan is extremely entered. The explanation of the great king of the Shri Dakini Ocean Yogini Tantra, the nature of arising from Yama Droma in the boat, and the entry into deception, etc., at the time of harm, and the practice of the mandala, and the recitation of the mantra, and all the uses, and the mastery of the Yoginis, and the nature of the establishment of the Buddha, the position of the nature of the ritual is widely shown, which is the explanation of the fourteenth chapter. Chapter Fifteen. The essence of all is one, drinking blood in all oneself, with what transforms all the worlds, the place and basis are all of self-nature, in the inner and outer self-nature yoga, dwelling therefore this is the lord of compassion, with various hands and weapons, faces are also very strange, the teacher embraced by the sow mother, existence and nirvana give happiness, I prostrate, with various oral instructions the speaker, the commentary of that should be written, those are explained.
