To cause rain to fall, and to drip, ༄. . To do, and to make one mute, and to cause hatred; this is to be done at the time of the twelve transitions. To generate in one's own continent; that is to say, at the time of transition, the aggregates and so forth that he spoke of, in the eastern continent of Videha and so forth, are also generated by the subtle nature of the nature of the dakinis and so forth. "Method and wisdom" means that when the nature of emptiness and compassion become one, it is the meaning of "by the union of non-duality." Having done so, whose merits will be even more superior? Thus it is said. "Yoga empowerment," and so forth; having done yoga in this way, the yogis will become empowered. Just as the king of the gods and so forth is empowered, so he becomes the master of all of them. They also attain the perfection of happiness and so forth; similarly, the lord of yoga here is also empowered for the sake of the benefit of sentient beings by gods and humans and so forth. "To go" means to be born from the habitual tendencies of yoga practice, that is, continent to continent. "The mind is extremely subtle," which means to go from consciousness to the nature of wisdom. "From the union of one's own master" means that by practicing the master of the dakinis and so forth, it is said as it is. The rest is easy to understand. "Merge" and so forth means that one's own fields merge into the thirty-seven places, and one becomes the very agent of enjoyment and so forth. "Great magical power" should be understood as Vajravarahi and so forth. "The breath moves" means that such merging, enjoyment, and mastery are approximated by the movement of the breath. "Meeting transforms three times" means entering, abiding, and rising; by this, at the time of entering, it is those who abide in the body wheel. At the time of abiding, it is those who abide in the speech wheel. At the time of rising, it is also those who abide in the mind wheel ༄. . Those will arise. The messenger mother of time should move in the nature of all the channels and the dakinis and so forth. The union of each master

Just as from the Ḍākinīs and so forth up to the Yama-destroying Mother. That, in that way, is universally practiced, one universally practices upon another, and thus it is universally practiced. As it will be explained in this way, it will be explained separately in the respective chapters of all the yoginīs. "One by one" and so forth are easy to understand. "The letter A and so forth to the end of the letter ṢA." This means that the qualities, additions, and Yaṇa of those fifty letters are shown, which means a brief explanation, and the vowels and consonants, etc., and the long sounds are also one; the qualities are Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ॐ,oṃ,Om), Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,आः,āḥ,Ah), I (ཨི,इ,i,I), E (ཨེ,ए,e,E), Ṛ (རི,ऋ,ṛ,Ri), U (ཨུ,उ,u,U), O (ཨོ,ओ,o,O), Ḷ (ལི,ऌ,ḷ,Li). The additions are also Aṃ (ཨཾ,अं,aṃ,Am), Iṃ (ཨིཾ,इं,iṃ,Im), Ṝṃ (རྀཾ,ॠं,ṝṃ,Rim), Uṃ (ཨུཾ,उं,uṃ,Um), Ḹṃ (ལིཾ,ॡं,ḹṃ,Lim). Similarly, Oṃḥ (ཨོཾཿ,ओं,oṃ,Om), Īṃḥ (ཨིཾཿ,ई,īṃ,Im), Ṝṃḥ (རྀཾཿ,ॠ,ṝṃ,Rim), Ūṃḥ (ཨུཾཿ,ऊं,ūṃ,Um), Ḹṃḥ (ལིཾཿ,ॡ,ḹṃ,Lim), Ha Ya Ra Va La (ཧ་ཡ་ར་ཝ་ལ,हयवरल,hayavarala,Ha Ya Ra Va La). Amaḥ (ཨ་མཿ,अम,amaḥ,Ama), Athaḥ (ཨ་ཐཿ,अथ,athaḥ,Atha), Apaḥ (ཨ་པཿ,अप,apaḥ,Apa), Asaḥ (ཨ་སཿ,अस,asaḥ,Asa), Akṣaḥ Haḥ (ཨཿ་ཀྵཿཧཿ,अक्षःहः,akṣaḥhaḥ,Aksha Ha). Similarly, Ka Kaṃ (ཀ་ཀཾ,क कं,ka kaṃ,Ka Kam). Kha Khaṃ (ཁ་ཁཾ,ख खं,kha khaṃ,Kha Kham). Ga Gaṃ (ག་གཾ,ग गं,ga gaṃ,Ga Gam). Gha Ghaṃ (གྷ་གྷཾ,घ घं,gha ghaṃ,Gha Gham). Ṅa Ṅaṃ (ང་ངཾ,ङ ङं,ṅa ṅaṃ,Nga Ngam). Ca Caṃ (ཙ་ཙཾ,च चं,ca caṃ,Ca Cam). Cha Chaṃ (ཚ་ཚཾ,छ छं,cha chaṃ,Cha Cham). Ja Jaṃ (ཛ་ཛཾ,ज जं,ja jaṃ,Ja Jam). Jha Jhaṃ (ཛྷ་ཛྷཾ,झ झं,jha jhaṃ,Jha Jham). Ña Ñaṃ (ཉ་ཉཾ,ञ ञं,ña ñaṃ,Nya Nyam). Ṭa Ṭaṃ (ཊ་ཊཾ,ट टं,ṭa ṭaṃ,Ta Tam). Ṭha Ṭhaṃ (ཋ་ཋཾ,ठ ठं,ṭha ṭhaṃ,Tha Tham). Ḍa Ḍaṃ (ཌ་ཌཾ,ड डं,ḍa ḍaṃ,Da Dam). Ḍha Ḍhaṃ (ཌྷ་ཌྷཾ,ढ ढं,ḍha ḍhaṃ,Dha Dham). Ṇa Ṇaṃ (ཎ་ཎཾ,ण णं,ṇa ṇaṃ,Na Nam). Pa Paṃ (པ་པཾ,प पं,pa paṃ,Pa Pam). Pha Phaṃ (ཕ་ཕཾ,फ फं,pha phaṃ,Pha Pham). Ba Baṃ (བ་བཾ,ब बं,ba baṃ,Ba Bam). Bha Bhaṃ (བྷ་བྷཾ,भ भं,bha bhaṃ,Bha Bham). Ma Maṃ (མ་མཾ,म मं,ma maṃ,Ma Mam). Ta Taṃ (ཏ་ཏཾ,त तं,ta taṃ,Ta Tam). Tha Thaṃ (ཐ་ཐཾ,थ थं,tha thaṃ,Tha Tham). Da Daṃ (ད་དཾ,द दं,da daṃ,Da Dam). Dha Dhaṃ (དྷ་དྷཾ,ध धं,dha dhaṃ,Dha Dham). This is what is called. Thus spoken, qualities and additions, etc. Ya-less showing, etc. To be made long. One hundred and fifty. Ḍākinī place, extensive establishment. This means that in this way, with one letter and breath, the yoginīs extensively establish the Ḍākinī, meaning its nature. This is the third arrangement. Now the fourth is spoken. Thus, sky-goers, etc., distinguishing the women, etc., who dwell in the three wheels, meaning their nature. Similarly, the body is field-born. Those who dwell in the wheel of speech are mantra-born. Those who dwell in the wheel of mind are co-emergent mothers. "Which of which" means the nature of which and which particularly dwell on the wheel, the yoginīs, etc., of Dharma, enjoyment, perfection, and emanation, etc. ༄. The distinctions of caste, Brahmin, Kshatriya, Jewish, and commoner castes, etc., are connected to being clearly seen by completely relying on them. Therefore, it is called the place of birth of the union of desire, and by this union, the characteristics of the state of the inner self of the yogis, such as Dharma, enjoyment, perfection, and emanation, etc., are the supreme of desire.
