The activities of the yoginis are performed by their own nature, which means they are emanations of the Bhagavan. "Thus it is said," etc., means that it is the supreme expression. "Matures into expression" means it is an expression, that is, whatever other letters are spoken. It is the wisdom of the barbarian language. The letters are expressions, surpassing through expression, it is the supreme wisdom, abandoning existence and non-existence, etc., maturing into possessing the nature of all suchness, residing and not residing in beginningless times, even the suchness of sentient beings as vast as the sky, arising from oneness for the benefit. It is for the benefit of all beings. Those sentient beings do not exist, I, the sow mother, do not exist, constantly from the Dharmadhatu. "Arising from myself" means that in this way, the oneness of the three existences, from the presence of all, I give rise to the worldly form of Vajravarahi. Those sentient beings do not exist, I, the sow mother, do not exist, constantly arising, etc., or rather, at all times, not going anywhere, and not being born, which means it is complete decay, because it is without substance. How is that? Like illusion, like a dream. Gone. That is, like illusion and dream, neither true nor false. Similarly, at that time, the sentient beings of illusory nature also mature inwardly, so illusion and dream are definite. How do actions arise? That is, for peaceful and other actions, how do they arise from the corresponding mantra letters? "Great object" means it is also the nature of clear light. Abiding in all places, observable, the constant Vajra Dakini, the conventional form and the characteristics of the Bhagavan, are also the nature of the yogini. "Thus it is said," etc., the three verses between "ground" and "characteristics" are the words of the compiler. The rest is easy to understand. This is the fourth wheel of the illusion wheel. Now is the fifth, the wheel of illusion wheel spoken of beyond that. "Rising up," etc., Nirvana depends on the former, that is, the Bhagavan is also in the conventional.
