Thus, the so-called "table of elements" refers to those forty-nine elements, one less than fifty. That is, there are thirty-six for form, etc. Similarly, there are blood, semen, tibia, bone, flesh, water tendons, skin, wind, bile, phlegm, flesh, snot, and phlegm. Each of these elements individually, in the pores of the veins and the segments of the pores, is called "bliss," that is, in the vajra jewel pores. This is expressed by the word "subtle form of veins." There, the "letter" refers to the supreme non-leaking. It transforms the forms of the deities into the nature of great winds. Here it is said: The subtle form of wind, matures by mixing with that wisdom. The self-nature of the deity's image, dwells in all bodies. The veins inside the treasure, the supreme non-leaking true lineage. Elements and so on are thus, arising from various pores. All sentient beings hold and contemplate with their self-nature mind in this place. In the great meaning of the three bodies, uniting and descending above. There, the activities of manifestation, such as freedom, are all-pervasive. In order to obtain the discriminating mind of yoga, the Buddha dancer thus taught. On the crown of the head, the imprints of all the elements are depicted there. The mantra is to suppress the three realms, the continuous stream of skillful means and wisdom. Thus it is said. Therefore, again, the initial mandala of Vajravarahi is equally established, which is certain.

Through meditating on mandalas and the like, the explanation of actions, oneself makes brief instructions and extensive explanations. Thus it is said. Now explaining the thirty-ninth chapter. From "Then again" etc., the so-called "again" is the previously spoken words, the Bhagavan again individually made representations. What is individually represented here? Saying "The union of the most excellent yogini" etc. How is its union again? So-called "In the letters of names." Thus again, "The extreme union of Lambaka." The so-called letters etc. of the Lambaka place, the direction of Bodhi, the work of the power of wisdom, and likewise writing in the wheels of horse steps etc., individually made representations, thus it should be known as a brief instruction or a brief summary. Now to explain this extensively, first explaining the letters of the power of wisdom etc. Thus "extreme joy" etc., by the meaning of the Sanskrit letters themselves abiding in the union of extreme joy, in suffering and arising and cessation and the path of reason, whatever arises, is the yogis who achieve extreme joy, through meditating on yoga, that is extreme joy, that is so. That is to say, in order to liberate from the suffering of samsara, the compassion made with a joyful mind, with this extremely encountering sentient beings, the mind falls into suffering, this is the truth of suffering. Therefore, arising, that is, extreme joy and love are extremely compatible, in order to save the actions of all sentient beings, the mind runs extremely, this is the truth of arising. Cessation is also, with the joy of separation, achieving the equanimity of no action, abandoning the Dharma of being and non-being, thus making it not transfer, the mind runs extremely as the cause of maturing sentient beings, this is the truth of cessation. The so-called path is also, by being separated from the objects of the two, abiding in the joy of being born together, in order to make all sentient beings attain wisdom through extreme joy, the mind runs extremely in the image of the Bodhi path.

This is the truth of the path. How does one proceed in this way? It is said to include the four joys. It is called the root mantra. The root mantra is the nature of forty-eight syllables. What is its cause? Like all yoginis, the syllables of that mantra and the letters of the names arise. The characteristics described, such as the universal practice in chapters and sub-chapters, the absorption, enjoyment, and the maturation into the nature of the all-pervading lord, thus generate the four joys. Among them, absorption is suffering. Enjoyment is the origin. Mastering is cessation. The nature of the all-pervading lord is called the path. Thus, in the places where mantras arise and in the times of the twelve transformations, suffering and so on arise, meaning enlightenment at all times. Thus, again, by what means ༄. Is there transformation? It is said to include wisdom. By the meaning of the letter Jñā (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: jñāna, Chinese literal meaning: wisdom), meaning one who possesses wisdom, that is, contemplating equality, the yogi who possesses the previous characteristics, possessing that, is the cause of the meaning of sentient beings. The nature of the movement of breath, that is, in the universal practice of all the channels, by the very nature of abiding within, whatever one desires to do outwardly, one does that, its meaning is that mind is like that. Thus, holding onto conventional truth, that is, after holding onto the gate of conventional truth for sentient beings in samsara, one accomplishes enlightenment, hence it is called steadfast and encountering, which is definite. Having done so, what is needed manifestly in this world? It is said to include strength. By the meaning of the two letters of Bala (Tibetan: སྟོབས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बल, Sanskrit Romanization: bala, Chinese literal meaning: strength), that is, in actions, that is, in the collection of actions, strength, that is, one becomes capable. Thus, in the universal practice of the channels, where does one enter to become capable? It is said to include Good Mind Mother. By the excellent connection of the letters of Very Good (Tibetan: ཡིད་བཟང་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुमति, Sanskrit Romanization: sumati, Chinese literal meaning: Good Mind), initially, by the meaning of the letter Who (Tibetan: སུའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Chinese literal meaning: Who), it is explained thus and thus. Thus, it is well entered into the central channel. This also explains the ultimate truth. These are clearly explained. Za
