All will be transformed into the ultimate and complete clarity. The so-called "ocean of existence" refers to the unstable state in which even the image of the Buddha may be born in samsara, experiencing birth and death again and again. Therefore, the meaning of the letter "ཙ" is "the Dharma of movement." As long as the visualized image still relies on something, it is called "the Dharma of the moving image." So, when and by what thing does it appear? It is called "non-dual field of experience," which means that at the time of attaining the true field of experience, it appears in a non-dual way. Thus it is said. So, what can be obtained through it? Through the Dakinis and so on, this is the meaning of the letter "ཌཱ." The net is the collection of channels. The so-called "union of the wisdom of the Yoginis into the co-emergent ocean" refers to what was previously said, that in those states of abiding by practicing the supreme union, the gathering of all Dharmas appears, and also the gathering of the wisdom of the Yogini assembly, which is that gathering. Yogis should recognize this in the letters of the extremely wrathful mother. "The illusory body of all women" refers to the fact that in these three letters, everything is an illusory body, that is, in the intent of the Yogini tantra of the differences of things, the illusory body of women is the meaning of the nature of all Yoginis. Thus, the so-called "foot of magical power" refers to magical power as walking in the sky, being able to walk, entering that co-emergent ocean, that is, with the yoga of self-realization, desire arises for the mudras of those who possess the nature of all Yoginis. Abiding in its nature, the so-called "by this" refers to the wisdom that precedes desire, the complete nature that is said to be its image, the nature of the three vehicles and so on, which is considered the foot of magical power, that is, through what is it obtained, thus it is said. However, the so-called "everything is indicated by the symbols of the mudras" refers to the fact that whether what was said before or what is said later, all those symbols are the cause for accomplishing the yoga siddhi. Thus, yoga

That which is called 'the nature of the unborn yogini' is that which is generated by the accomplished yoginis at the times of their union. It is also said that the mandala, etc., is the nature of the thirty-seven deities in the small wheel collection, as the wheel of the mandala turns. Thus, this should be meditated upon moment by moment, this is the meaning of certainty. Why is meditation taught? As it is said, 'having the nature of thirty-seven,' etc. Mantra is what will be taught and what has been taught, and it is meditated upon by the excellent combination of meditation. When should it be meditated upon? As it is said, from 'Dakini' to 'Yamari,' etc., the twelve deities born from the union of Makara, etc., at the times of the transformation of each of them, the fierce ones, etc., are taught in the same way. 'Other' refers to the coarse bodies of gods such as Indra, etc., and the transformation is also coarse, with one year being one day, etc. Likewise, it is also the same for subtle beings such as bees, etc. Thus, it is the same for the generation of beings and the yoginis. That is what is said: 'In the measures of the years,' that is, one year is the constant number of the measure of the generation of yoginis. The count that is transformed is said: 'From kha, etc., combined with time,' that is, from the letter kha, etc., twenty-four letters, likewise, from ra, etc., six letters. Six hours, it should be established in this way. That which is 'marked by two reversals' is that two should be established above and below. That which is 'two made ten times' is that the hours of one year, that is, eight eights and two bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ) should be given to each hour. In short, here it transforms, the three become one. Thus, the reduction of the hours of the year is taught: 'In the five hours,' that is, in each of the transformations, in each hour of Vajravarahi, etc., the thirty-seven yoginis are generated, in short, the five together are one hundred and eighty-five. Likewise, the measure of one day has been explained before.
