The activities of the wheel-protection fire offering, The offerings made by the teacher, The one who diligently practices in this life, Will attain the state of Buddhahood. From all the seeds, the complete fruit, Great qualities such as body and speech, Here, even the body and so forth are pure, Because of the purity of substances and the greatness of self-nature. Due to such endless things, With the previously accomplished worldly purity, The main ones, such as Vajradhara, Will attain great liberation. What is needed at all times, The one who accomplishes all perfections, Because of what is needed by that, The mudra will be accomplished together. Understanding this saying and so forth is easy as before. The great king of the Shri Khechara Ocean Yogini Tantra, from the commentary 'Boat,' the lines of the mandala and so forth, as well as the characteristics and rituals of the fire offering hearth, and likewise the extensive teachings on the teacher's offerings, that is, the explanation of the twenty-fourth chapter is completed. Chapter Twenty-Five. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) The Victorious Ones' bodies, not abiding in Nirvana, Go everywhere, To the supreme non-duality, I prostrate, The supreme abiding, the supreme conventional. I prostrate to the pure essence of reality, The great form of clear light, With individual forms of all things, Again, a vast explanation is made. Now, the explanation of the twenty-fifth chapter is spoken. Starting from "Then it is said" and so forth, the so-called "abiding" is of two types, namely worldly and transcendental. These will be explained. The so-called "liberator of cyclic existence," cyclic existence is existence, it is the existence of cyclic existence. If asked why two are said, it is because the yogic sovereign can, with the power of cyclic existence, place beings in existence, just as a merchant enters the ocean, reaching the other shore by means of a boat. Likewise, the yogic sovereign, in the ocean of existence, with the impermanent ༄། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) boat, by the method of abiding, liberates to the other shore of Nirvana. Therefore, it is called "liberator of cyclic existence." Thus, the king of the Yogini Tantra, Shri Khechara Ocean, should speak of abiding. At that time, with all the necessary things, in short, there are ten types, and extensively, there are many.

These are many (instruments). The "ten" refers to a razor, tweezers, and cushion of golden nature, as well as cleansing implements, a yak tail fan with a golden handle, a vessel for limbs, a vase, and a skull cup – these ten. Furthermore, all things needed for bathing and whatever is needed for the activities of the mandala should be taken. A fully trained teacher should always and constantly benefit others. This is what is needed. "How else" refers to what is said in various tantras such as the Compendium of Reality, including items needed for approaching consecration. All of these should be explained accordingly. "Nature" means that when any object whatsoever is thoroughly analyzed, all phenomena are indeed untrue. If that is so, then the sound of consecration is a great cause for the accumulation of merit by worldly beings with forms. How can it be untrue at that time? Wouldn't everything become meaningless? It is said: That is true, but the nature of all dharmas is non-existent. How does it arise and dissolve? It only appears separately as a condition for the world and so on. The world and the transcendent world are also like that. Therefore, all of these are the nature of illusion. Likewise, it is also said: Arising and cessation are due to conditions, likewise the world and the transcendent world. The form of selflessness by nature, things and wisdom are untrue. Appearance is also untrue, and is also established by individuals. Therefore, the form of selflessness, one should fully understand the various illusions. Therefore, here, the illusion of the individual, selflessness, is spoken of by the Blessed One. "Consecration of illusion" and so on, the illusion of the yogis' own mind, body, and objects, the selflessness of the individual, its consecration should be understood as the form of illusion. Here, if the body's substance and the individual's form are each the nature of selflessness, how does the mind change separately? If everything dissolves, will the mind become the nature of space? At that time,
