That which is called, starting from the ten virtues and so forth, all the sacred Dharma, including the three vehicles and so forth, is heard externally, and by showing it to men and women, it means to attain Buddhahood itself. Thus, by being in harmony in the joys, one shall be liberated. Thus it was spoken. The rest is easy to understand. The commentary on the great king of the Shri Khechara Samudra Yogini Tantra, the ship release, the Lord of the Lotus Dance, and likewise, the mantra of the armor of protection of the Bewildering Mother, establishing the name in the form of letters, and the principal form, and the ritual of the characteristics of the object of the supreme undefiled accomplishment in union, is extensively taught, that is, the explanation of the nineteenth chapter. Chapter Twenty ༄. Having prostrated to Heruka, the glorious one! By embracing all conduct itself, by viewing all vehicles, the explanation of protection will be clearly explained. Now, the protection by the letters of the mantra of the armor of Heruka, the immovable object, and likewise, the moving one, and so forth, is spoken. Then, Heruka and so forth. Thus, it goes to the neck and shoulders. That which is called is the nature of protection by the mantra of the mundane conventional truth, and also on the two shoulders, the protective wheel of that which is protected is Heruka's, and it should be contemplated in the center of the neck. The Yogini is on the head. That which is called is that the All-Moving Mother and the forehead should be meditated upon on the head. Thus, Boṣaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is called, and He (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is called the mantra. That which is called arising and arising is the protection from the movement and meaning of all the habitual tendencies of the objects and object-holders of the cycle. Thus, Hreṃ Hriṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is called Heruka and the All-Moving Mother, the nature of wisdom and means. Thus, the extensive explanation of the brief statement is spoken. He (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is called and so forth, that is, the letters of the name of this Heruka, thus, He (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the mind-nature yoga, which means the yoga completely meditated upon by the mind, by the indestructible cause of the mind, oneself abiding in the world, from the world of the high realms, that is, the meaning of self-arisen wisdom. Again, Ru (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) is the nature of speech. That which is called is again the word showing yoga. Mantra.

In the expressions of the earth, the yogi himself, with the wisdom of awareness, considers this to be the cause of arising and ceasing in the human world. The word "Ka" means the lord of union, the nature of the body itself. That is to say, the yoga held in the body is the supreme non-dual cause. In the underworlds, the directions look at the abode from all directions. This is the meaning of "various self-arising." In short, for yogis who have the nature of meditators, the three realms of mind and so on dissolve into that immovable bliss. Because that bliss is the nature of body, speech, and mind, having the worlds of underground, above ground, and mountaintop, therefore, the beginning, end, and center of bliss must be protected by the letters of mantras. The mantra letters spoken are: "Bo Shat He" (བཽ་ཥཊ་ཧེ་,bo ṣaṭ he). Because at the time of the initial arising of bliss, it descends completely, therefore the word "Bo" is descended through pervasive union. Similarly, when the bliss in the center gradually subsides, the center is completely pacified, so the word "Shat" is separated from the form of bright objects. Because the nature of walking bliss does not move the mind, it is called "Shat." Similarly, in order to protect the bliss that matures within that realm, it is said "He." By expressing "He," the life force is completely held. Therefore, these three letters must be the three channels below the navel facing upwards. Similarly, it will also transform downwards. The two letters are in the two orifices, so the letter "Hrem" is above, and the letter "Hrim" is below. This is the way the life force moves. The so-called "movement" is the nature of the life force of all the channels moving. It must also be moved there, that is, drawn to the center of the central channel. Therefore, like this "releasing of this" and so on, must be understood through the instructions of the guru. The so-called "that time" refers to the wheel of an instant that dissolves into the vase. Like this and so on, there are also four time periods. Until having the seed of the initial bliss, it is the time of strife. Just like that.
