Furthermore, because he dwells in the realm of Dharma, which is like the sky, in a place of all joy, he is the Bhagavan. He dwells and pervades, and even though the great gods, Brahma, Ishvara, and near-Ishvara, and others seek him diligently, they cannot find him, therefore he is a hero. Or, for the sake of benefiting all sentient beings, even though he dwells in the ocean of existence, he is not stained by the waters of attachment and so on, therefore he is a hero. The sound of existence is the five aggregates. Or, it is the gathering of dakinis. How is the gathering of dakinis existence? To that, I will speak of the meaning. The sound of dakinis is born from the first nectar. The gathering is the consciousness of the nature of bodhichitta. From consciousness comes wind, from wind comes fire, from fire comes water, from water comes earth, from earth comes aggregates, from aggregates comes sense bases, from sense bases comes wisdom nature. The order for this is: attachment, fear, displeasure, peace, as well as pride, compassion, discrimination, self, mind, existence, discrimination, knowledge, action of knowledge, shame, non-virtue, devoid of characteristics, taking, gathering, hunger, thirst, non-hunger, sickness, these are the twenty-two qualities of the nature of giving mind as the cause in the place of increasing appearance. Now I will explain the twenty-four qualities that arise from giving as the cause of obtaining appearance: detachment, anger, untamed, sahasama, pride, delusion, stability, strength, external, removal, solitude, non-being, stealing, doing, skill, diligence, shamelessness, urging, becoming wonderful, violent, poverty, excitement, wavering, coquetry. Lack of mindfulness, confusion, agitation, laziness, displeasure, silence, doubt, no place, these are the eight qualities of the nature of giving ignorance as the cause in the place of extreme light. Thus, the nature of the three appearances of mind and mental factors, and ignorance, the number of fifty-four, the Bhagavan extensively explained from the ocean of total retention.
