པ་ ༄། །ལས་མཉམ་པའི་སྤྲིན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་གསུམ་པའོ། །ཚེས་བཞི་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཞིའི་བར་དུ་ཚུལ་གྱི་གནས་གྱེན་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་གྱེན་དུ་འགྲོ་བའི་ཚུལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཞི་པའོ། །ཚེས་ལྔ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་ལྔའི་བར་དུ་དབུགས་དབྱུང་བའི་གནས་སུ་ཐུར་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་དབུགས་འབྱུང་ཐུར་དུ་འགྲོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལྔ་པའོ། །ཚེས་དྲུག་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཆོད་དྲུག་གི་བར་དུ་ཨུཏྤལའི་གནས་སུ་འཇིགས་པ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་ཨུཏྤལ་འཇིགས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དྲུག་པའོ། །ཚེས་བདུན་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བདུན་གྱི་བར་དུ་འོག་ཀའི་གནས་སུ་ཁྱབ་བྱེད་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་འོག་ཀ་ལའི་ཁྱབ་བྱེད་ཅེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བདུན་པ། ཚེས་བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་ཡིད་ཀྱི་གནས་སུ་གཞི་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་ཡིད་གཞི་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བརྒྱད་པ། ཚེས་དགུ་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་དགུའི་བར་དུ་སྙིང་པོའི་གནས་སུ་ལྷོད་པ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་སྙིང་པོའི་ལྷོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་དགུ་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུའི་བར་དུ་ཟླ་བའི་གནས་སུ་མཐའ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་ཟླ་བའི་མཐའ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུ་གཅིག་གི་བར་དུ་ཉི་མའི་གནས་སུ་ཁྲུང་ཁྲུང་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་ཉི་མ་ཁྲུང་ཁྲུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་གཉིས་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་དྲག་པོའི་གནས་སུ་ཀུཾ་དྷ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་དྲག་པོ་ཀུཾ་དྷ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུ་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་མཆོག་གི་གནས་སུ་མི་རེམ་པ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་མཆོག་མི་རིམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་གསུམ་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་བཞི་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུ་བཞིའི་བར་དུ་སྒྲའི་གནས་སུ་བྱེད་པ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་སྒྲའི་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་བཞི་པའོ། །ཚེས་བཅོ་ལྔ་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅོ་ལྔའི་བར་དུ་རོའི་གནས་སུ་འོན་པ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་རོ་འོན་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅོ་ལྔ་པ། ཚེས་བཅུ་དྲུག་ལ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་བར་དུ་ཐོག་གི་གནས་སུ་གསལ་བ་ཕྲད་པ་ལས་ཐོག་གསལ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་བཅུ་དྲུག་པའོ། །དེ་རྣམས་ལ་གནས་སྤྱི་བོ་དང་དཔྲལ་བ་དང་སྨིན་དབུས་དང༌། སྣ་དང་རྐན་དང་གླིང་བུའི་རྩེ་མོ་དང་དབུས་དང་ཐ་མ་དང་སྙིང་ག་དང༌། ལྟེ་བ་དང་མདོམས་དང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རྩ་བ་དང་སྐེ་དང་གདུ་བུ་དང་ཚངས་པའི་གཞི་དང་རིན་ཆེན་སྒོའོ། །འདི་ནི་འཕོ་བ་བཅུ་དྲུག་གི་ངོ་བོ་རླུང་ལས་འདྲེན་པ་གེ་སར་གྱི་ནང་གི་དོན་བླ་མའི་གདམས་ངག་ལས་ཤེས་པར་འདིར་བཤད་དོ། །རྣམ་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་གཟུགས་སུ་ ༄། །གྲགས། །ལྟེ་བ་ནམ་མཁའ་བཞིན་དུའོ། །སྣང་བ་གསུམ་གྱི་མེ་ཏོག་གིས། །ལྟེ་བ་ཡན་

巴 ༄། །名为“业等之云”者，此为第三。初四，在四个小时内，与上升之态相遇，故名“上升之态”，此为第四。初五，在五个小时内，与呼气之处向下之态相遇，故名“呼气向下之态”，此为第五。初六，在六个小时内，与莲花之处的怖畏相遇，故名“莲花怖畏”，此为第六。初七，在七个小时内，与下部之处的遍行相遇，故名“下部之遍行”，此为第七。初八，在八个小时内，与意之处的基础相遇，故名“意之基础”，此为第八。初九，在九个小时内，与心要之处的松缓相遇，故名“心要之松缓”，此为第九。初十，在十个小时内，与月亮之处的边际相遇，故名“月亮之边际”，此为第十。十一，在十一个小时内，与太阳之处的鹤相遇，故名“太阳鹤”，此为第十一。十二，在十二个小时内，与猛烈之处的军荼（kumbha）相遇，故名“猛烈军荼”，此为第十二。十三，在十三个小时内，与殊胜之处的不依次相遇，故名“殊胜不依次”，此为第十三。十四，在十四个小时内，与声音之处的作者相遇，故名“声音之作者”，此为第十四。十五，在十五个小时内，与味之处的聋哑相遇，故名“味之聋哑”，此为第十五。十六，在十六个小时内，与顶端之处的明亮相遇，故名“顶端明亮”，此为第十六。 彼等之位置为顶轮、额头、眉间、鼻子、人中、笛子之顶端、中央、末端、心间、脐、阴部、金刚之根、颈部、手镯、梵天之基和珍宝之门。 此乃十六迁转之自性，从风中引导，是格萨尔内部之义，从上师之口诀中得知，故于此处宣说。 于三种形象中 ༄། །显现。脐如虚空一般。以三种显现之花朵。 脐以上

Pa ༄། །That which is called "Clouds of Equal Karma" is the third. On the fourth day, for four hours, encountering the state of going upwards in the place of conduct, it is called "The State of Going Upwards," which is the fourth. On the fifth day, for five hours, encountering the state of going downwards in the place of exhaling breath, it is called "Exhaling Breath Going Downwards," which is the fifth. On the sixth day, for six hours, encountering fear in the place of the utpala lotus, it is called "Utpala Fear," which is the sixth. On the seventh day, for seven hours, encountering pervasion in the place of the lower part, it is called "Pervasion of the Lower Part," which is the seventh. On the eighth day, for eight hours, encountering the base in the place of mind, it is called "Mind Base," which is the eighth. On the ninth day, for nine hours, encountering relaxation in the place of essence, it is called "Relaxation of Essence," which is the ninth. On the tenth day, for ten hours, encountering the edge in the place of the moon, it is called "Edge of the Moon," which is the tenth. On the eleventh day, for eleven hours, encountering the crane in the place of the sun, it is called "Sun Crane," which is the eleventh. On the twelfth day, for twelve hours, encountering kumbha in the place of the fierce one, it is called "Fierce Kumbha," which is the twelfth. On the thirteenth day, for thirteen hours, encountering non-sequentiality in the place of the supreme, it is called "Supreme Non-Sequentiality," which is the thirteenth. On the fourteenth day, for fourteen hours, encountering the maker in the place of sound, it is called "Maker of Sound," which is the fourteenth. On the fifteenth day, for fifteen hours, encountering deafness in the place of taste, it is called "Deafness of Taste," which is the fifteenth. On the sixteenth day, for sixteen hours, encountering clarity in the place of the top, it is called "Top Clarity," which is the sixteenth. The places for these are the crown of the head, the forehead, the middle of the eyebrows, the nose, the philtrum, the tip of the flute, the middle, the end, the heart, the navel, the genitals, the root of the vajra, the neck, the bracelet, the base of Brahma, and the jewel door. This is the nature of the sixteen transmigrations, guiding from the wind, it is the inner meaning of Gesar, known from the oral instructions of the lama, therefore it is explained here.
