ར་འགྱུར། །叫做等等，意义就是这样。或者，斯波木波是金刚宝。塔塔是莲花的尖刺。或者，塔塔是无分别母，斯波木波是茎。它们的意思是在口中体验、抓住、接受。通过了解结合，结合的词语是不动摇地安住于身语意。或者，结合是智慧执持事物和非事物，精液和随心所生。或者，心和随心所生那些二者无二，完全了解无自性的自性。恒常，意义就是这样。或者，行走、安住、睡眠、醒来、吃饭、不吃饭、善、喜悦等等，对于享用没有间断，完全了解自己的本性，自己体验到的喜悦，以美妙的姿态获得瑜伽士之身。获得殊胜，获得福德，获得清净，获得罪业摧毁。因此，如是就是没有怀疑，这是至高自在者所说。现在，为了获得大乐的自性，宣说修持。仅仅通过念诵就能成就：通过禅定和念诵。誓言恒常守护：通过不动的修持。

Ra 'gyur. It means just as it is. Alternatively, sbom po is a vajra jewel. Tha ltag is the thorn of a lotus. Alternatively, tha ltag is the non-conceptual mother, sbom po is the stalk. Their meaning is to experience, grasp, and accept in the mouth. By knowing union, the word 'union' means abiding without moving in body, speech, and mind. Alternatively, union is wisdom holding things and non-things, semen and mental events. Alternatively, since mind and mental events are non-dual, completely knowing the nature of no-self. 'Always' means just as it is. Alternatively, walking, abiding, sleeping, waking, eating, not eating, good, joy, etc., without interruption in enjoyment, fully knowing one's own nature, the joy experienced by oneself, attaining the state of a yogi in a beautiful form. Attaining excellence, attaining merit, attaining purification, attaining the destruction of sins. Therefore, 'thus' means without doubt, as said by the supreme sovereign. Now, to attain the nature of great bliss, the practice is explained. Accomplishment is achieved by mere recitation: through meditation and recitation. Vows are always kept: through unwavering practice.
