If so, through various means, such as the enjoyment of forms, etc., the yogi's body and mind will achieve great bliss. How is it achieved? "All the dakinis," etc., all the dakinis are the goddesses in the mandala of the six chakravartins. To unite together is to truly unite with them, and whoever unites with the Vajra Dakini is called the Vajra Dakini. The Vajra Dakini is an approximate metaphor, and others such as Vajradhara also achieve perfection together with their respective retinues of dakinis, and one's self becomes complete. Now, in order to show that the great seal siddhi cannot be achieved through the rituals of the action tantras, such as external visualization, etc., it is said, "That without mind," etc. Suchness is the nature of emptiness and compassion inseparable in the ultimate sense, and without that is the opposite of that, which is attachment to appearances, etc. Mind is abiding, and wherever there is an object of experience, it is called mind. Yoga is samadhi, which is one-pointedness of mind. Thus, those yogis whose minds do not have the samadhi of suchness are called those without mind. Deva is the desire realm deva, and visualizing that is created by the mind. Action is desiring that. Universal image, an image is something that is similar to one's own image, and it should be combined with the yoga of that nature. What is that? Molding, etc., molding, painting, and hammering, etc. Non-arising means that those will not achieve the great seal siddhi. Then,

Therefore, I am the main one. If asked, what is it like? It is said to be "oneself," meaning that one should perfect oneself into the form of a deity who is the nature of the mind of enlightenment, inseparable from emptiness and compassion. Therefore, it is shown to meditate on the form of the deity that is preceded by the mind of enlightenment. In order to clearly show this, it is said "enlightenment" and so on, because it is the nature of the five wisdoms, so it is also Vajra, and also all the Buddhas such as Vairocana, because they are the nature of the mind of enlightenment such as mirror-like wisdom. The so-called "root of action" refers to showing it as a root, and spreading various transformations to various movements, which is related to "should be offered." The so-called "therefore" is because the Bhagavan himself, in the form of Vairocana and so on, has the ability to benefit himself and others. The so-called "with all efforts" means to be accustomed to it with prolonged respect. The so-called "should be offered" means to be manifested. These explain that the Bhagavan, who is like this, should be declared, and it is necessary to know what should be declared and to manifest it. From the point of manifesting this, the perfect accomplishment of self and other benefits is the necessity of necessity. In order to clearly show this, it is said "oneself" and so on, because one understands all things, so he is a Buddha. Because it is accomplished without reversing, so he is a hero. If asked what is what? It is "one's own" and so on, so it means that one should accomplish oneself by oneself. This shows the perfection of one's own benefit, and then it speaks of the perfection of the benefit of others, saying "with this" and so on, which should be related to the manifestation of the so-called "declared" and so on. The difference in meaning of these so-called "secret" and so on, the Bhagavan himself clearly shows in the forty-second chapter, and I will also explain it again there. Those that should be declared, etc.

This is to show that the Blessed One himself is the manifested intention, so the compiler said "named" etc. What is to be said is, like that saying, the meaning is "thus it is said." Vajrasattva Tathagata, this shows that the speaker here is the Vajra Holder who possesses unerring wisdom. Now, in order to show the wisdom part of the detailed classification of the meaning to be expressed in the tantra, "all" etc. are said. What is called space is those entities whose characteristics are emptiness of self-nature, and they are called "thus." Which ones? That is "all," namely the aggregates etc. Just as space is merely the nature of being free from tangible objects that obstruct, so it is without nature, and should be regarded as merely nominally established. Moreover, it is not only the aggregates etc., but also all the other three realms, and those dharmas that are without omission or remainder are called "thus." The word "འི་" is the sixth cause with the first meaning.
