The made image is only a removal. Otherwise, it would be an overextension. Therefore, in this way, all things, permanent and impermanent, lack oneness, and therefore also lack multiplicity, because it precedes it. As it is said: If one examines any object, there is no oneness in it. Whatever lacks oneness also lacks multiplicity. It is said. A third aspect other than these two is also impossible, because these two contradict each other and thus pervade the category of objects. It is also said: Apart from one and many, an object with another aspect is impossible, because these two exist by abandoning each other. As it is said. Thus, when the nature of one and many is truly reversed, the collection of the nature of objects, like an image, is also reversed, because it is its nature. Images and so on are also not suitable as objects themselves, such as the face entering the mirror, or another image arising there, or the light of the eye shining on the mirror and seeing the face, or it is only consciousness. If it is said, then for the time being, another form arising there is not, because embodied beings all have obstacles, and it is unreasonable to be in the same place. It is also not the case that the face is seen by the light shining on the mirror, such as the face facing east, but the image appears to face west, the face is large and the image is small, the trees on the water's edge grow upwards, but the treetops appear downwards, and so on, because they appear in different ways. It is also not the case that it enters its own face, because it has all the above faults, and it becomes non-image. It is also not consciousness, because the non-embodied does not dwell in the place. The combination of this and the extensive explanation should be examined in the Madhyamaka treatises. Thus, there is no self-nature, and it is shown as only the appearance of the mind, which will lead all dharmas into selflessness. As Vasubandhu said: Only consciousness.

The nature of phenomena such as form is entered through the unborn wisdom, which is the characteristic of the Dharma that is thoroughly investigated. If all dharmas are non-existent, how can they be established as mere consciousness? Dharmas are not entirely non-existent, but those that are the nature of the dharmas thoroughly investigated by children are non-existent. However, the realm of the Buddhas, which is of an inexpressible nature, is not non-existent. This meaning is also stated in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: 'Free from all things, of aggregates, elements, and sense bases, having completely abandoned the grasped and the grasper, the selflessness of phenomena is equality itself. One's own mind is primordially unborn, it is the nature of emptiness.' Thus it is said. And in the Lankavatara Sutra it is also said: 'As children discriminate, external objects do not exist. The mind disturbed by habitual tendencies, the appearance as objects is truly arising.' Thus it is said. And in the Tattvasamgraha it is also said: 'Son of good family, one's own mind is naturally pure and luminous, and as it is investigated, so it changes, just as a white cloth is dyed by dye.' Thus it is said. It is sufficient to elaborate extensively, now the innate nature will be spoken of. 'Serving all objects without exception,' this means enjoying the objects in that way, this is the asceticism of being certain of that very thing. 'Difficult to transcend' means that here it is not to be transcended solely. In 'Whatever' etc., all actions are the actions of the body etc., and to those actions, what is called wisdom, which arises from hearing, thinking, and meditating, is combined, that is, to be analyzed and done. That is also combined with the place of emptiness. 'That is also combined with the place of emptiness' means combined with the emptiness of causes etc., that is, to be meditated upon with wisdom. 'Self and other' means for the sake of accomplishing the meaning of self and other. In 'Non-conceptualizing' etc., 'form' means things etc. Wisdom is praise itself, similarity is the meaning of clarity, and there, combined with the non-conceptualizing mind, this is related to the previous text. Without doubt means without fear. Conduct is establishment. General conduct.
