The term "how to draw to one's own heart" means reciting the letter (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), filling the heart with breath and drawing it in. The term "completely rotating to the right" means the arrow rotates from the right side. The term "straightening well to the east" means straightening the left hand.
