It should be finally released in the way that it desires. This habit should also be practiced about twenty-one times. In order to know when to transfer, by repeating the teachings, it is said, "When the time is ripe," etc. Through the signs of death, it should be done when the time of death is ripe, otherwise it is not. Otherwise, what fault would there be? Answer: It will kill the gods out of season. This means that one's own body, etc., is the nature of the gods, and one will become the killer of them. What will be the consequence of that? Answer: The gods, etc., are easy to understand. It is said to bind white hair, yogis, etc., what was said before refers to the great bliss wheel of the head, thirty-two petals. The so-called "blue" refers to the blue letter हं (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) there, flowing with nectar. The so-called "practice" is the remaining part. The so-called "perfect bliss" is the place that gives bliss to the yogi, in order to give bliss such as longevity and freedom from disease. The top root should be eaten. The so-called "top root" is the special feature of the lotus itself, because the root grows upwards. The so-called "eating" is enjoying the nectar there. Another way is said, accompanied by water and moonlight. The so-called "water" is bodhicitta. The so-called "moonlight" is saliva. The so-called "left nectar" is the flower. The so-called "mixed," refers to mixing these three substances in equal parts, and then eating them regularly at dawn. Some say that the so-called "top root" refers to the one born in August

Visualize a white lotus. It is said that a white lotus is visualized in the heart of the person to be cultivated, and the seed syllable HUM of consciousness is placed on it, as mentioned before, the seed of Caṇḍālī, and the seed syllable HUM is also placed in one's own heart to urge it. Its light seizes the consciousness of the person to be cultivated and puts it into one's own heart, and each person's consciousness is also put into the heart of the person to be cultivated.
