Going out from the navel door means being reborn in the desire realm. The heavenly realm with the form of a bindu refers to going out from the door in the middle of the eyebrows, which means being reborn in the form realm. Going out from above refers to going out from the golden door. Going out quickly refers to transferring quickly, and going out from above refers to the mind-born body that is in accordance with the path of liberation, which is the body of a deity, because it is the teacher of all beings. Or quickly attaining a particularly good destination. The door of existence refers to the mouth. Water refers to the path of urine. Non-water refers to the path of feces. Going out from other than the path of liberation means that those doors are not in accordance with liberation. Some say that the path of liberation is the golden door, and going out from elsewhere refers to transferring to where one desires. Others say that liberation is attained through the divine samadhi of realizing that all phenomena are without self, otherwise, if one lacks the wisdom of no-self, one will wander in samsara. It is also said about this: After fully and truly understanding, there will ultimately be no rebirth. This is what they desire. In order to show the brief method of transferring death to the time of death, it is said "first" etc. Like "first building a vase", it means that just as a vase is shown when practicing the door, there should also be a vase at the time of transfer, meaning that one should get used to restraining and squeezing by arranging seed syllables on all the doors. Regarding arranging the seed syllables, it is said "with five expansions" etc. The stupa of five expansions is the head. The hole of its door is the golden door. What should be meditated on is placing a white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) there. Or, the stupa of five expansions is the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文:hūṃ,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The rest is as previously explained. The lower door refers to below it, that is, inside the throat. What is it? Contemplating the white seed syllable with water, refers to the letter Hrūṃ (ཧྨྲྱུཾ,梵文天城体:ह्रूं,梵文罗马转写:hrūṃ,汉语字面意思:赫利). There, on the two shoulders is Hrūṃ (ཧྨྲྱུཾ,梵文天城体:ह्रूं,梵文罗马转写:hrūṃ,汉语字面意思:赫利). In the heart is Yhrūṃ (ཡྨྲྱུཾ,梵文天城体:य्ह्रूं,梵文罗马转写:yhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:耶赫利). In the navel is Śahrūṃ (ཀྵྨྲྱུཾ,梵文天城体:शह्रूं,梵文罗马转写:śahrūṃ,汉语字面意思:舍赫利). The doors of water and non-water have already been mentioned. The burning seed syllable of fire is those two doors.

Also visualize the KṢHRŪṂ (Tibetan: ཀྵྨྲྱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KṢHRŪṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kshrum, literal meaning: KṢHRŪṂ) of the color of fire. Or visualize the golden round seed syllable KṢHŪṂ (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KṢHŪṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kshum, literal meaning: KṢHŪṂ), which is yellow. In the two eyes, visualize blue HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: HŪṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, literal meaning: HŪṂ). In the two ears and two nostrils, visualize red YUṂ (Tibetan: ཡུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YUṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yum, literal meaning: YUṂ). In the mouth, visualize the seed syllable SUṂ (Tibetan: སུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: SUṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: sum, literal meaning: SUṂ), and by these visualizations, make yourself into a vase body, and become accustomed to the recitation of entering and exiting. This is said for that purpose. Therefore, with great focus, meditate on the breath as vase-like. Having practiced like this beforehand, now, in order to actually show the transference of consciousness, it is said, "The body," and so on. The body is the color of wind, meditate on the mandala of wind. It means that in the heart, meditate on the mandala of wind, and in its center, meditate on the body, that is, the body of HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: HŪṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, literal meaning: HŪṂ), which is the color of wind, that is, blue like wind. Here, it should be seen as the center of the mandala of wind, the sixth and the word 'center' are hidden. The seed of wind is at the root, it means that the seed of wind is YA (Tibetan: ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YA, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ya, literal meaning: Ya). That seed combined with the sound of bindu, abbreviated as YAṂ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yam, literal meaning: Yang). The root is at the root of wind, which is related to meditation. The edge of wind is rooted, it means that the edge of wind is above the wind. The root is the seed of wind YAṂ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yam, literal meaning: Yang), and it should be combined with it. The root seed is the seed HI (Tibetan: ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: HI, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hi, literal meaning: Hei) and the seed KAṂ (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: kam, literal meaning: Kang). Guiding is reversing and alternating up and down. Through these, like this, in the heart, meditate on the center of the mandala of wind as the seed HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: HŪṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hum, literal meaning: HŪṂ), and also place two seeds of YAṂ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yam, literal meaning: Yang) above and below the wind, and in the middle of these two, meditate on the root seeds HI (Tibetan: ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: HI, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hi, literal meaning: Hei) and KA (Tibetan: ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KA, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ka, literal meaning: Ka). When the wind rises, the seed of YAṂ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yam, literal meaning: Yang) is above, and HI (Tibetan: ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: HI, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hi, literal meaning: Hei) is below, and similarly, the seed of KA (Tibetan: ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KA, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ka, literal meaning: Ka) is above, and the seed of YAṂ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: YAṂ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yam, literal meaning: Yang) is below. When the wind burns below, it should be visualized in reverse. Below, the mandala of wind, propels with sound and sound. It means that below refers to being close, that is, above and below. Propelling means guiding the mandala of wind up and down. With what is it guided? With sound and sound, that is, by repeatedly reciting the mantra of HI (Tibetan: ཧི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: HI, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hi, literal meaning: Hei) and KA (Tibetan: ཀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: KA, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ka, literal meaning: Ka), guide it up and down and become accustomed to it.
