The name "Ku-da-dra" means that the wheel is also shown as white. "Consciousness, wisdom nectar is, great goddess blazing supreme." In this sentence, consciousness is combined with nectar, and wisdom is combined with descent. Among them, the descent of wisdom means that by mastering those wheels, one attains the omniscient wisdom. How is it? In the sentence "Consciousness nectar," consciousness is the mind. That is the immortal nectar. Or, consciousness nectar refers to mindful yogis who live by wisdom and do not die. It is also said about this: "Mindfulness is the place of immortality, non-mindfulness is the place of death. The mindful do not die, the non-mindful always die." The arising wheel is spoken of, "Becoming the support," etc. "Becoming the support" refers to the lotus that relies on the navel wheel, because it holds birth. "Adorned with moonlight" refers to the center of the Dharma wheel, where the light rays of the Hum (ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,字面意思:吽) syllable, located there, adorn it. In "That is the form of part and part," part is life. The form of part is the nature of counting, meaning it abides in counting the number of breaths. In "Abiding in the gathering place," gathering refers to the collection of sentient beings. Abiding means closely abiding by it, meaning that this, with the emanation body, closely abides laboriously for the benefit of beings. Also know that those two wheels are the nature of supreme joy and universal joy. Those are to show the practice of the body in order to practice upward transference through Tummo yoga. Now, in order to show another practice, the second door practice, it is said, "Thereafter," etc. "Thereafter" means after the body practice. In "The edge of the place should be purified," the place is the body, because it is the container of happiness and suffering. The edge is the inside, that is, the inner doors, etc. "Of" is the sixth case of relational meaning. "Otherwise" means not including the two practices, meaning that if one is separated from the two practices, it will not become the fruit of upward transference.

The second practice is said to be called filling and so on. Filling is filling the body, which means inhaling the breath as if it were a disease, drawing it from the throat to the end of the navel, inhaling as much as possible, and when it is not possible, gradually exhaling slowly. That is also binding the vajra posture, making the space as wide as a mandala, then lowering the gaze and focusing on the tip of the nose, inhaling so that the entire abdomen and between the throat are filled, this is the characteristic of filling. What will that become? It can take away the heat of poison and plague. This means that achieving the characteristic of filling can destroy the faults of poison and so on, which is the immediate benefit. The second is said, if bound like a vase, this means inhaling the breath as before, and like a vase that does not move, blocking all the doors of the senses, binding the breath inside the body as much as possible, this is the characteristic of being like a vase. What will that become? The holes of the senses will be purified. This means that one will be free from the harm of all holes. The third is said, called scattering and so on. Scattering is gradually spreading the breath from the nostrils outwards to a distance of twelve fingers. Called various dusts, this means that after becoming like that, all kinds of things are transformed into its nature, and when the breath is exhausted, it is scattered outwards and released for a long time. This is the characteristic of scattering, and it should be known that through this characteristic of scattering, the eight doors will gradually close, and it will be possible to easily transfer from the upper door. The fourth is said, with extreme tranquility and so on, after properly scattering outwards, one should neither scatter again nor retract, but focus on the tip of the nose, blocking all doors and abiding, this is the characteristic of extreme tranquility, called tranquility, which means that through extreme tranquility, that breath is controlled, and the breath becomes comfortable, at that time, from whatever door one wants to transfer, one can obtain the fruit of transfer. Now, as previously said, after practicing internally, one should practice other things externally, in order to explain the ritual of seizing consciousness and going elsewhere, therefore it is said to be called consciousness and so on, the rit
