, that is the food, clear and spoken. After that, afflictions such as desire, Pierce and combine like arrows. Extremely vast is the object of focus, All mundane things are purified by the Vajra. Named Vajra Thus Come One, Like the Buddhas in the center, Constantly emitting, entering and gathering. Mantra such as letter messengers, Revolve completely like the force of an arrow. In the center of the emanation wheel, Extremely surrounded by eight divisions. All mantras are the source of arising, Arising mutually at will. That which is called the Dharma wheel, Acts in the hearts of sentient beings. Possessing the five old and the excellent. That which is called the enjoyment wheel, Poured with the excellent "wa". It is the self-nature of the support of all tastes, The four parts are all my ground, Completely surrounded from all directions. The great wheel of great bliss, Possessing thirty-two Bodhisattvas. That which is called that is also this. From there, meditate on the garland of seed syllables, Threaded by the thread of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable. If what is being practiced becomes an obstacle, Then not even one step can be taken. This is innate wisdom, Which transforms into a written form, Driven by the wind of karma, Burning from below the navel wheel. It is said to be the great mother of union and transformation. It is the supreme practice of overcoming the Lord of Death. A part that has become a hundred sounds, In an instant, possessing the light of lightning. At the time of the divine yoga, From the pores of the collection, Scattered in ten directions, Threatening gods and non-gods. The Dharma wheel in the heart, Burned and enters the enjoyment wheel. Shaking and emerging from the nostrils, Entering again at the space between the eyebrows, Taken out from the pore of the eyebrow hair, To the Buddhas residing in the ten directions, And all the Bodhisattvas, Entering the left nostril, Burning the crown wheel, Collecting the essence of nectar wisdom, Appearing again from the previous path, Entering again the yogi's crown. The Buddhas who have been burned, In the navel wheel of great bliss, Having become seeds in the mandala, Abiding as before. That is the meaning of what was said. Each is divided by direction, The meaning of entering is differentiation. Such is the meaning, the moon and the sun
