Through practice, in order to rely on and abide, skillfully combining the power of the goddess is to be well-versed in the lineage of mantra-born and well-trained. First, learn from the observance of vows and giving, listening, contemplation, empowerment, and contemplating the essence of the father and mother deities, relying on those with blessings. Similarly, the so-called celibacy of meditation is to possess the four immeasurables, and in this way, with emptiness increasing the bliss of the meditation of deities and wisdom, practicing celibacy, becoming inseparable from bliss and emptiness, etc., is not stained by the downfalls of individual liberation vows. It is for subduing afflictions. Not being angry, practicing virtuous conduct. As it is said, even if one does not possess necessity and merit, one should not remove the mind of enlightenment from the top, because the object of reliance and the reliance are like flowers and fragrance, and if it contradicts this, it is a downfall. By faith in that experience, if there is a downfall, then one should accept it. One should deny saying that it is not with the eyes and hands. In order to summarize those treatises, these eight are not actions that break vows. As it is said, practicing the left path, offering to the guru and those worthy of offerings, the five meats and five ambrosias have no acceptance or rejection, therefore on the tenth day, not slandering those who have entered this tantra, abandoning the slander of the birthplaces of animals, not abandoning and propagating the root, abandoning the dualistic conceptual thoughts, is one who practices celibacy. The yogi abides in recitation and practice and near practice, which is to practice with the four limbs complete. The practitioner should always abide with the body knowing the heavenly realm and the mind knowing the supreme liberation. What is common to all tantras is that in all action tantras, performance tantras, yoga tantras, and unsurpassed yoga tantras, one practices the secret of vows. Without a cause, one should not destroy. As it is said, one should abide in the main factor of the cause of attaining omniscience, which is accumulation and vows. Not hiding downfalls, not proclaiming merits. One should learn to abide in meditation. The attainment of special bliss is near, the messenger women are the innate women and the mantra-born women. True abiding is to protect bliss with body, speech, and mind. The wise yogi, with the supreme secret channel of the wisdom woman, moving the thumb, which is transformed into the channel of the Vajradhatu自在母 on the left side, should abide in great bliss, secret

This is the teaching on conduct. Alternatively, the worldly dakinis from the five families of dakinis perform the activity of cutting off with the vajra. Like a thumb, the wise move, and the yogi gains control over the dakinis. There, the messenger women truly abide, abiding in the three existences of inner and outer, and bestowing accomplishments. Now, to show the worldly person, considering the sentient beings who can enter this tantra, there are two types of impure ones: those who are impure by nature. Those with inferior faculties, who are controlled by the delusions of the world, and who strongly cling to reality. Those who are impure due to lack of training, who have not been trained initially by activities, paths, and empowerments, therefore commit sins. They should be taught to follow faith, rely on the guru, and gradually train in commonalities. The second type is the pure, who by nature have faith, wisdom, and compassion, have slight clinging to reality, and are particularly interested in the profound. Those who are purified by training, through activities and paths, and whose continuums are completely purified by maturation through empowerment, follow the Dharma, and are sentient beings who can quickly generate wisdom. They naturally possess the qualities of their own nature and naturally abide in non-inferior Dharma. The mixed ones refer to those with middling faculties, whose lineage is uncertain, and who are influenced by conditions. The clarifying method is to not be separated from good friends, to strive in practice, and to slightly manifest abilities in deities' samadhi, etc. For these people, "practitioners abide in three states" refers to the faculties being determined as superior, middling, and inferior. Or it refers to hearing, thinking, and meditating. This also shows the tantra as the cause. The chapter's name is: One should understand the complete examination of disciples, understand the differences in vessels, and the ritual of empowerment, especially to maintain vows through empowerment. This is the explanation of the twenty-sixth chapter. Twenty-seventh chapter. Explanation of the vows of conduct, offerings, and the ritual of tormas. This chapter mainly shows conduct, which is, in the first chapter, "superior, middling, and inferior, born together with the messengers, one obtains accomplishments," this is the brief teaching. The detailed explanation is given through five chapters, including the nature of conduct itself, the definite words, the function, the faults of not practicing conduct, and the conduct that should be practiced.
