That is, taking the ritual of completely perfecting the mandala of the deities in an instant, endowed with the merging of the wisdom being. From that very mandala lord, a second Heruka appears, who bestows all empowerments. After the completion of the empowerment, the Gaṇacakra is also performed to obtain permission from the deities. Thus it is also said: In a skull cup or fish intestine, mix nectar pills, or it can also be alcohol. Recite Sumba, purify the disciple, and bestow the essence. Bind armor and protect with the vajra. Cover the face with a spotless red cloth and bestow a flower garland. This is the meaning of what was said. Then, after bathing and being endowed with wearing upper and lower garments, it is said, "On the faces of those beautiful women." Therefore, after covering well with a cloth or silk purified by the nectar swirling mantra, it should be well bound. Facing south, filling the palms with flowers, thus handing the flower garland and asking about obstacles and answering. Coming in order, placing the vajra on the heart, reciting: Oṃ śrī sarva tathāgata yoga citta utpādayāmi. Here, the mind of generation is like a vajra, as it is said. Oṃ surata stvaṃ samaya ho samaya stvaṃ. Siddha vajra yathā sukhaṃ. Reciting thus, and abiding in the vows of the mandala, etc. Then, after circumambulating, and with Oṃ sarva tathāgata akhaṃ bīra hūṃ, entering inside the door and looking at those sitting in the eastern corridor, reciting: Oṃ namaḥ te hūṃ. Oṃ namaḥ mi hūṃ. Oṃ namo namaḥ hūṃ. Thus prostrating. Especially prostrating to the guru and the mandala deity, from all directions with mantras. The practitioner being extremely absorbed in meditation, thus the vajra master and all the disciples should abide in samadhi. For this, there is also the introduction of the preliminary, the main part, and the subsequent part. Entering that holy city, thus the inner entering is by the descent of wisdom. Leaning the body to the south, thus guiding them in order with the karma vajra, and declaring the power of truth, then throwing flowers with the palms, reciting: Pratīccha vajra ho. Thus it is. Wherever the flowers fall in the mandala, thus seeing the fragrant flower garland, it should be tied on the crown of the head.
