Adorned with heads. Decorated with a garland of fifty halves. This means having a garland of fifty human heads. Residing in a posture of extending the right hand, pressing down on Bhairava and Asthi-samjna, it is said in the fifty-first chapter, so it is understood and not spoken. Having thus explained the Bhagavan, the characteristics of his consort are explained. The goddess who dwells in front of him is called Vajravarahi. Thus it is said. Residing in a posture of embracing from the front, the red-bodied goddess, although not the sovereign mother of the Vajradhatu, is also known as Vajravarahi in the fierce Bhairava. The one called "extremely frightening" means the face slightly bares its fangs. Extremely frightening, Bhairava is great and pervasive. This means that Bhairava and the mother who subdues time embrace the Bhagavan. The one with three eyes and a fierce form means the red-bodied one with three eyes, extending the left hand in a fierce form. In her left hand, she holds a skull cup filled with blood. Rudhira (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,rudhira, blood) drips from her mouth, which is the speech scripture, a symbol of speaking with twelve hands. Gods, non-gods, and humans alike. This means that the right hand holds a hooked knife, and to destroy the gods, gandharvas, yakshas, rakshasas, nagas, asuras, humans, and non-humans, the eight classes, she makes a threatening gesture. The dakinis are twenty-four. This means the wheel of the heart, one face and two hands, eight blue-bodied deities. The wheel of speech, eight red-bodied deities. The wheel of the body, eight white-bodied deities. They hold a hooked knife and a skull cup, two hands, adorned with the five seals. Born from the lineage of Vajravarahi. This means being symbolized by the twenty-four emptinesses. Directions and intermediate directions, etc. This means that the directions are the four inner wisdom goddesses and the four gatekeepers. The intermediate directions are Yama's steadfast mother, etc. Offerings are made in the center of the wheel. This means making offerings to the wheel of the mandala in the center of the palace. Likewise, here too are heroes. This means the heroes of heart, speech, and body, black, red, and white, one face and four hands, holding a vajra, bell, damaru, and khatvanga. The wheel is also for another time.

O! It exists in the three wheels mentioned earlier. Offering means to be equally united with the twenty-four heroines, and to offer with the five types of offerings. If a practitioner desires accomplishment, it means that at the time of obtaining accomplishment, one is equally united with the action mudra, therefore it is said: Offer to the non-dual hero. Here, it is said that the image is drawn for the sake of the following yogi. Previously, when the Buddha's incarnation wheel manifested the Dharma through body, speech, and mind, the five Buddhas of the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha's crown of skulls represent the five elements. The five channels of the crown chakra, the three eyes, and the four faces, the four channels of the secret enjoyment wheel, the remaining twelve channels of the twelve hands, and the six hands represent the channels of the six senses, the right extension represents the channels of both urine and feces, symbolizing that future yogis should practice the wheel of channels. If centered on Avalokiteśvara, the five skulls represent the five winds of the crown chakra, the three eyes represent the three winds, the four faces represent the four winds of the secret place, the twelve hands represent the twelve winds of the secret place, the six hands represent the winds of the six senses, and the two feet represent the prevention of the winds of both urine and feces. If centered on Bodhisattva Manjushri, the five skulls represent the five wisdoms, the four faces represent the four wisdoms, the three eyes represent the three doors of liberation, the twelve hands represent the twelve perfections, the six mudras represent the six perfections, the two feet represent non-abiding in existence and peace, the tiger skin represents being free from afflictions and cognitive obscurations, and the fifty-one human heads represent the complete purification of the fifty-one functions. Like this, it is also said in the Samputa Tantra, do not doubt. The four vases represent the four wisdoms, the four emptinesses, the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu appearing in the heart chakra, the discriminating wisdom appearing in the speech chakra, the mirror-like wisdom appearing in the body chakra, the accomplishing wisdom appearing in the activity chakra, the five walls appearing as the five wisdoms, and the four doors appearing as the four liberations.
