The phrase "wisdom and means combined as they are" means that from the four mudras, one should realize the bliss and emptiness. Because it is said so, one should not be confused about the tantras that explain it. From the perspective of the completion stage, like the four combinations of means and wisdom, endowed with mantra recitation, meditation, and so on. It is said that the means to accomplish the co-emergent bliss without conceptualization and the meaning co-emergent bliss of knowing bliss as emptiness are the four wisdom mudras and the four means. Among them, the four mudras are: the karma mudra is the touch of the Avadhuti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思: अवधूत,Avadhūta,离欲者) sky channel of a woman between the ages of eight and twenty-four. The dharma mudra is the five undesirable sense pleasures, and the beautiful form, melodious sound, fragrant smell, and touch that are desirable without abandoning the intermediate state. The samaya mudra is the warmth of wind and fire that has abandoned earth, water, and air. The maha mudra is the direct realization of the nature of reality, which is not caused by inference, scriptural testimony, or concealment. The means are: the yogi's external body sense consciousness, which is able to hold the bodhicitta with the whirling wheels, is the means of the karma mudra. The means of dharma is the happiness born from the five desirable sense pleasures, which is the mental consciousness. The means of the samaya mudra is the body sense consciousness in which the happiness of internal touch is born. The means of the maha mudra is the yogi's consciousness that sees the nature of reality with self-awareness. Combining as it is means the non-conceptual consciousness that is separated from the three joys and the eighty natures, and the clear light wisdom that knows bliss and emptiness. Because it is realized through the path of direct perception as it is, it is combined as it is. Mantra recitation means putting the exhaled and inhaled breath into the Avadhuti. Meditation is the emptiness seen without conceptualization, which is appearance. And so on, refers to the unsurpassed fire puja, offerings, and the teacher. It is also said in the Kalacakra tantra: "Recitation is the rotation of exhaling and inhaling, because meditation appears separately, the teacher is the king of the mind, and whatever is said, such as Evam." Thus it is said. This is the ritual of combining.

Wisdom is not like the characteristic vehicle, which is accustomed to the path, but the four mudras. The wisdom arising from the accumulation of causes and conditions, arising from the guru's oral instructions and the manifest benefit of others, is therefore the supreme wisdom. What is said in the tantra refers to the "Hundred Thousand Chapters" and the "Hundred Thousand Shlokas." The so-called "Listen" refers to urging the compiler Vajrapani to listen with one-pointed mind. Thus, the essence of the fifty-one chapters is summarized in two verses. Then it is said that this is the essence of the first chapter of the completion stage. In order to explain in detail the essence including the place, it is said, "The breath arises from the mother and the sublime, etc., the impurity." First, eating the offerings of the tsok wheel in one vessel, the breath arising is the bodhicitta, the middle is the self-arisen blood, the sublime is the great meat, the impurity is the excrement, the taste of water is the urine, including the five kinds of horse, elephant, dog, cow, and human meat. After blessing with the three syllables Om (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and Hum (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the taste Vajra Mother is generated with the nature of the five Buddha families. Yogis should always especially offer to those with lineage, that is, offer the deity of the tsok wheel in four sessions or six times. The yogi is the person of the basis. Always refers to the uninterrupted six times. In particular, those with lineage who taste the taste with non-conceptual wisdom generate sixty-two deities. Offering refers to internally, in the fourth wheel, contemplating the four mandalas, as well as the body's mandala and the five, performing internal fire puja. That tsok wheel is also divided into two, immersing the taste of the five ambrosias into the heart of the Taste Vajra Mother, cultivating the accomplishment of desire for non-conceptual bliss, or if the mind wanders outward, then offering the lineage mandala with fire puja in six times. If the tsok wheel is made only with taste, then, messengers and co-emergent siddhis, superior, intermediate, and inferior. Thus it is said. Messenger refers to a woman with good qualities, possessing the vows of a laywoman, the vows of a bodhisattva, and the empowerment of mantra. That is, with the earth as the basis, the yogi enjoys.
