Oṃ! Jālandhara and Pūlīramālāya are named with the epithets "fierce-eyed mother" and "extremely fierce mother woman," and are the four lineages of Vajrasattva's consort. Thus, although it is said that there are six lineages among the Vajra Ḍākinīs, in the root tantra, they are named Pūlīramālāya, Jālandhara, and Golden Island, and it is said that there are twenty-one thousand in the heart wheel, so six out of the two places of the heart wheel are not clear. "Whatever else remains" refers to the twelve types of goddesses other than the twenty-four chief goddesses included in the six families, who are the yoginīs of the glorious Heruka wheel. Why are these thirty-six ḍākinīs chief goddesses? Because it is said, "The union of Śrī Heruka, its mandala is the chief goddess," therefore they are the emanations of the wisdom goddess. These twenty-four ḍākinīs pervade beings of cause and no cause. This means that they tame the trainable beings of the six realms, and having made the inanimate world into the Buddha's pure land, they dwell pervading beings, and therefore bestow siddhis upon the practitioner. Thus, having explained the wisdom-accomplished goddess, the limb of the practice of the most supreme yogi is explained, that is, "The samaya of this ḍākinī is," etc., it is said that the samaya of this practitioner who binds the wheel of twelve actions is to meditate on the emanation wheel, that is, through meditation, recitation, and homa, etc., the union of the twelve actions will be perfected on this earth. What is that meditation like? It is explained in detail as, "The mantra practitioner always abides in equipoise, at night making the sky his garment," which means to be in the attire of glorious Heruka and the mother Vajravārāhī. "Or a male" means to meditate as twenty-five heroes. "All left ones" means to meditate as thirty-seven goddesses. "The yoginīs and heroes are pleased" means to bring the life-force into the avadhūtī and meditate on the samādhi of the four joys. That is also said in the definitive statement: "With the mind absorbed within, to accomplish the desired siddhis."

Thus it is said. By offering with the hand seal of India, if one constantly offers to the self-arisen, it is called entering into joy and separation, which is offering to the deities of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Furthermore, one should offer to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from one's own substance bindu. Thus it is said. What is the fruit of offering? It is said that one accomplishes everything without exception and enters excellently into the offering of the left path. Thus it is said, even though one enters into joy and separation, one will accomplish all worldly achievements without exception. The meaning of this is that if life enters the Avadhuti and non-discrimination arises, then even if one attains supreme accomplishment or enters into joy and separation, one will accomplish worldly achievements because one possesses the wheel of the twelve karmas. This wheel is as follows: for pacification, on grass or tree bark; for increase, on cloth or a grass mat; for subjugation, on the lower garment of a woman; for wrathful activity, on cloth from a charnel ground, writing the wheel of sixty-two deities with gorochana and so forth, writing sixty-two mantras, generating the deity, abiding the wisdom being, donning armor, bestowing empowerment, drinking nectar, meditating, reciting, offering, praising, and then dissolving the letters back into the wheel, combining it with the name of what is to be accomplished. For pacification, an image made of earth from an anthill; for increase, an image made of copper; for subjugation, an image made of sandalwood; for wrathful activity, an image made of a charnel ground, placing it in the heart and performing the twelve karmas, one will accomplish it. The explanation of the forty-first chapter is completed. The forty-second chapter, explaining the ritual of the illusion of the laughing mantra and the form of the dakini. Having explained the mantra wheel of the heroes and yoginis in this way, the near mantra wheel is explained. That is, it is said from "Then the hero's flower water" and so on, saying that on grass or cloth or a lower garment or cloth from a charnel ground, drawing the wheel of sixty-two deities including the palace, writing two "ha" syllables to the east of each heart mantra, two "hi" syllables to the north, two "ho" syllables to the west, and two "he" syllables to the south, blessing all the heart mantras of the heroes and heroines with eight "ha" syllables.

Circumambulation is the close mantra wheel of heroes and heroines, which can accomplish twelve kinds of activities. When performing this illusory wheel, place the illusory wheel in the heart of the lingam, and practice the samadhi of the perfect stage yourself. How to practice? Heroes and yoginis practice the four approaches, and the flower and water are red and white, that is, after reaching the gate of Avadhuti, drink it, and practice samadhi by reversing upwards. What is the method of reversal? After drinking, remember the mantra, as it is said, with eight kinds of haha. When is the time? The one who practices the mudra once, always enjoys the supreme taste at night. As it is said, when skillful means and wisdom enter equally, the time when the wind enters the body is night, and if the wind reverses upwards, one should taste the taste of bodhicitta. The so-called three mantras are joy, supreme joy, and coemergent joy, which are the mantras that protect the mind. At the moment of those three joys, one obtains the physical pleasure and mental pleasure of the water of the conventional bodhicitta. Having briefly explained it in this way, it is explained in detail, drinking and giving in the same way, etc., as it is said, drinking is the upward reversal of the heroine's flower and the hero's bodhicitta, and giving is being separated from joy. What is the reason for this? Contact and coemergent black mother, as it is said, contact is the joy that arises from the meeting of the Avadhuti gate. Coemergent black mother is the wisdom of meditating on the mother Vajravarahi, which is full of bliss, is supreme joy. Practicing brahmacharya with bliss is mental pleasure, coemergent joy, and practicing brahmacharya by sealing with bliss. To accomplish with a laughing mudra, if one is separated from joy, then reverse the wind with the laughing mudra of eight kinds of haha. Famous for the arrogance of viewing, as it is said, close the eyes with the mudra of the eyes. When to do it with the mudra of speech and eyes? Night or day, this is the place of laughter. As it is said, inhale at night and exhale during the day
