Etc., will bestow twelve great accomplishments. If you want to know how many outer and inner fire offerings should be performed for the royal family to fulfill their wishes, then recite, "One hundred and eight is sufficient." It means that if one performs one hundred outer and inner fire offerings in three sessions with a count of one hundred and eight, then the king's army, together with its four branches, will be controlled within seven days. If half of that, fifty-four, is performed for seven days, then one will become a great hero, and the crown prince will be controlled. If half of that, twenty-seven days, is performed, then the teacher will be controlled. For the petty kings, a count of thirty-two will bring control within seven days. With a count of twenty-four, performing fire offerings for the Brahmins for seven days will bring control. Similarly, for the royal family, control will be achieved in seven days; for the merchant caste, five days; for the commoner caste, three days; and for the lowest caste, the Chandalas, each item in four portions, performing fire offerings for seven days will bring control. Therefore, according to the warrior's caste hierarchy, "One month is a complete practice." It means that if it is not accomplished in seven days, then repeating the ritual for one month will complete it and bring control. The practitioner who possesses the mantra, reciting the mantra "Vaśam Kuru Hūṃ" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), the practitioner who possesses the mantra can control all beings, including the royal family. Through this warrior's ritual, "Accomplishment is achieved by following desires." It means that this is showing the benefits, that by performing this ritual of control in this way, whatever one desires of the twelve deeds, by following the outer and inner fire offerings, it will be accomplished. "Like the desired power on earth," means that one will obtain the human Chakravartin, or become auspicious and have good fortune. "Becoming powerful," means becoming the Chakravartin of the gods, such as Indra, or the practitioner will please the thirty-six Dakinis, and it will become a supreme accomplishment like the glorious Chakrasamvara. This is the explanation of the fortieth chapter. Chapter Forty-one, explanation of the ritual for drawing the mandala of twenty-four letters. Thus, with the ten wheels of moving and non-moving, the real

After explaining the accomplishment practice, the chapter on the secret mantra illusory wheel is taught. First, it briefly shows where the mantras of all heroes and heroines are established. Then, mentioning "the supreme of actions," etc., the supreme of actions is the illusory wheel of letters. Any yogi, if he knows and first relies on the generation stage, through obtaining the signs of seeing, touching, and hearing, the practitioner, when obtaining accomplishments, in order to freely perform the twelve actions, or the yogi who practices the completion stage, when earth dissolves into water, signs like smoke appear; when water dissolves into fire, signs like mirages appear; when fire dissolves into wind, signs like fireflies appear; when wind dissolves into consciousness, signs like a lamp appear; when consciousness dissolves into space, signs like the emptiness of space appear. If the mantras that appear below can facilitate these illusory wheels, they will be accomplished. Among them, the one who obtains his own sign is the initial yogi. Obtaining a sign means having some control over a little wisdom. After obtaining the sign, accomplishing the twelve worldly accomplishments means having control over the wisdom of actions. Subduing beings through the twelve actions, the supreme accomplishment is eating in one vessel in the assembly wheel, as well as the purity of tranquility, the purity of secret empowerment, and the purity of wisdom dakini, thereby generating shamatha and vipassana, and after directly realizing them, practicing the emptiness of mind in the dharmadhatu of Mahamudra, thereby obtaining the supreme accomplishment, which is complete control over wisdom. As stated in the Uttaratantra: In hundreds of thousands of births, driven by illusory wisdom, mantras and mudras skillfully combined, is to gain control over wisdom. Thus, the twelve perfect altruistic actions are: the second freedom is attraction, the third is separation, the fourth is killing, the fifth is expulsion, the sixth is causing unconsciousness, the seventh is stiffening, the eighth is bewildering and fixing with a peg, the ninth is seizing speech and attracting, the tenth is making deaf and blind, the eleventh is making into a eunuch, and the twelfth is transforming into various forms. These twelve actions are the generation
