If one recites the eight-legged mantra one thousand and eight times and performs a fire offering with wolf meat, one will obtain kingship. If one desires to gather, it is called 'gathering,' which means that the fire offering that pacifies faults with the enjoyment of desires can gather the distractions of kingship. Then, how should one act? When reciting this eight-legged mantra of the Bhagavan, there is no need for asceticism, and there is no need for fasting. If one acts in a way that is convenient, one will accomplish it. If one recites it once out of anger, one will live. This means that on a cloth from a cemetery, one should draw a wheel with a pen made of human bone, using poison and the juice of charcoal from the cemetery, and write 'Ma Ra Ya Phat' in the center. Then, after doing one hundred thousand recitations, put a lingam made from a mixture of poison, blood, skull, salt, mustard, and footprints into the heart, and when applying it to the action, reciting it once will cause death, and washing it with milk will cause life.
