If one becomes angry after being bound, then, if one recites someone's name without exhaling, that person will always go mad. The mudra refers to the tooth mudra. Anger refers to clenching the teeth. Liberation by mind means that the bound mudra disappears. If one blesses the crown of the practitioner's head, and recites someone's name and binds, then wherever the practitioner is, the dakinis will quickly come. If one recites a hundred times and binds the crown of the practitioner's head, one will become invisible. If one blesses gravel seven times, and scatters it in all directions, one will inflict death. It will steal the union of gods and goddesses. When men and women engage in intercourse, they will quickly stick together like dogs. If one recites over gravel and throws it into a river, the river will flow upstream. The wise will harm the power of the gravel itself. If one looks upwards and recites a thousand times, one can stop heavy rain. Binding by mind can liberate. If one faces the enemy army, and recites a thousand times, the body that rushes fiercely into battle will not be cut by weapons. This is the ritual of reciting a hundred thousand times. It is the practice of the near heart essence. Then from this begins the action of armor. Whatever exists in the three realms. By diligently reciting a hundred thousand times. The action to be accomplished is here declared. While reciting, when walking on the road, one will not be seen by robbers and thieves. Having entered the house of the landowner and sat down, one will take whatever one wants and then leave. While reciting, whatever one touches, that will instantly become stiff. Secret mantra Having recited, with the foot, if one kicks, at that time it will be liberated. Having recited three times, with one's own blood, if one makes a drop on anyone, those who see or speak together, will have their blood drawn. Angrily entering any house, reciting will cause an epidemic to break out there. Having blessed water seven times, scattering it will revive them again. Looking at whose face one recites, one will steal that person's speech. If one recites a thousand times, one will be able to walk on water. In the water, it is just like on land.

, similarly abandoning and continuously walking. Whose hands are wiped clean, always reciting a thousand times. The yoginis who abide in the three realms will be controlled. Having made cloth with the mixture of the starརྒྱལ་ (Tibetan), wearing it and reciting ten thousand secret mantras, from that person onwards, this will be accomplished. Merely wearing it will become invisible, and will walk in the sky. Whatever sensory path, from the nature of that sense, with the most excellent samadhi conduct, transforms into the nature of all Buddhas. Thus it is said. Thus it is said, emphasizing to strive. The path of the senses, refers to the objects of the senses such as the eyes. The nature of the Buddha, refers to wisdom. In Vajra Dakini it is also said: All actions in all lives, with the nature of non-discrimination, universally practice without hesitation. Those things are difficult to surpass. Thus it is said. With the nature of clear wisdom, the non-discriminating Bodhisattva, universally practices without hesitation. Those behaviors are great. Other than the rituals of skillful means and wisdom, if the mind does not change, then it will necessarily be completely stable, that will bestow great Bodhi. Therefore, abiding in some places, and where attachment manifests will not change. The way of completely transforming into happiness, what kind of fruit will be obtained? Why not want it at that time? There are no stable and moving things, however it is merely the characteristic of appearance. If this is an excellent meditation, from the power of habit, excellent happiness arises. Having generated from mental pleasure etc., in order to obtain the unsurpassed fruit, when accomplishing the substance of the cause, the Bhagavan goddess has no faults whatsoever. Therefore, with all efforts, one should offer to the universally going mother. The unpleasant bond of the curse, tormented by suffering, the body will become emaciated. From suffering, the mind will become distracted. From distraction, accomplishment will transfer to other places. Because the body of the mind is stable, all happiness will become stable. Suffering itself will cause it to shake, and obstacles will also increase further. The body and the beginning, the mind abiding in happiness, having obtained it, one will obtain Bodhi. Thus it is said. In the glorious Gathering Later, the yogi who does not equally abide, only equally abides in permanence, all beings
