The one called "Lord Born" is Vajradhara, another name for Hevajra. It means that by practicing this deity as a preliminary, one can cause fear through fire offerings. That is the meaning. "Thus," and so on, here refers to the meaning of the third part of the second part of the sixth chapter. "Dog meat," and so on, refers to this meaning. "Eating," and so on, means that the words of action are related to each other separately. If one acts in this way, what will be the result? It means accomplishment, and so on. "Without remainder, Without anything left," means that the three realms without remainder are the nature of the Buddha. All royal power will manifestly become the lord of all mandalas of the great free wheel. The Bhagavan holding the skull cup spoke in order to truly show its supreme excellence. "Conch," and so on, all three arise from causes. "All three arise from causes" means that they arise from the causes of three kinds of beings, becoming impure, and with a pure mind, one regards them as conch shells, and so on. "The body of the Dharmakaya" means that, ultimately, what reason is there to refute the body of the Dharmakaya with this human skull? This extremely pure skull cup should not be refuted, that is the meaning. The skull rosary, and so on, spoken of here, should be understood as supplementing the deficiencies here with explanations, as stated in the "Difficult Commentary." This is not limited to the Bhagavan alone, but applies to all mandala deities. "Thus, the ritual," and so on, this purifying skull cup is shown in this way to the heroes, and also applies to the heroines. "Hero-born" means the body of the Dharmakaya, like a hero, born from the head. Tsumbika is the mother who is the mistress of the Dharmadhatu. "Paramita" refers to its excellence. "In the center" refers to emptiness. "The abode of all heroes" means that the principle of emptiness is the meaning of the abode of heroes. "Please return behind" means that it must be behind, which is the meaning of certainty. "Please return" means especially please return. This is the thirty-first chapter. The thirty-second chapter, smoke.
